The experience with Ambiance et Saveurs far exceeded our expectations! Charlène took great care of us throughout the preparations, her advice and the time she gave us were precious! The team was also incredible on the big day. They adapted to our wishes and did their best throughout the evening (especially for the outdoor cocktail despite the unstable weather) everything was extremely well planned! We have received many compliments from our guests, whether at the cocktail party or at dinner. We took the plancha option at the ofyr which added a real plus to our cocktail, we highly recommend this option. We highly recommend ambiances and flavors!

She accompanied us throughout the preparation, advised us, reassured us, without ever putting pressure on us, without ever pushing us to consume more. Tout d'abord, attendez vous à ce que Charlène, la cheffe d'orchestre d'A&S, comprenne en une fraction de secondes toutes vos envies, qu'elle s'adapte en un claquement de doigt a toutes vos modifications, qu'elle vous conseille avec une bienveillance sans faille et qu'elle fasse preuve de patience et d'humour, précieux alliés pendant les préparatifs. L'organisation et l'accompagnement a été impeccable de A à Z ! Quant au jour J, nous avons été époustouflés par l'équipe de service avec Kevin, Marine, Cédric et Sofiane (j'espère n'oublier personne). Leur sympathie et leur bienveillance ont conquis le cœur de tous nos invités, même les plus exigeants. Deux mois après le mariage, nos proches nous en parlent encore ! Et que dire de Maxime et Stessy en cuisine, qui nous ont littéralement sauvé le dessert. En seulement 45 minutes, ils ont préparé une pièce montée, car le prestataire initial nous avait plantés. Et Kevin a fait marcher son réseau pour nous trouver 300 mignardises en un temps record. Nos convives n'y ont vu que du feu, et nous n'avons pas été stressé 1 seule seconde grâce à nos héros ! En résumé, si vous souhaitez que votre mariage reste un souvenir exceptionnel autant pour vous que pour vos invités, votre perle rare est ici 💫

Ambiance et saveurs a réalisé le cocktail et repas de notre mariage pour environ 110 personnes avec brio! Tout était parfait! La nourriture était excellente (et beaucoup de nos invités nous l’ont dit à plusieurs reprises). C’était tellement bon que nous étions égoïstement un peu content d’avoir eu 3 annulations de dernière minute qui nous ont permis de repartir du mariage avec leurs parts en Tupperware que nous avons eu le plaisir de manger la semaine post mariage. Ça a fait durer l’événement :) Le personnel de service, le maitre d’hôtel ainsi que les chefs étaient tous très agréables et très bons dans leurs domaines respectif! Alexis et son équipe ont veillés à ce que nous mangions pendant le cocktail en nous apportant boissons et pièces cocktail et lorsque qu’il fallu envisager des heures supplémentaires à cause du petit retard que nous avions pris (lié aux animations) sur le timing initialement prévu, nous avons fortement apprécié qu’Alexis de façon très honnête nous propose de ne faire qu’une demi heure d’heure supp car cela serait suffisant selon lui (quand d’autres traiteurs n’auraient pas hésité à facturer l’heure entière par défaut). Enfin comment ne pas parler de Charlène!? Charlène, la commerciale excelle dans son travail qu’elle maitrise sur le bout des doigts! Très réactive et organisée, elle anticipe le moindre besoin et a une solution pour tout ce qui nous a permis d’être sereins et en toute confiance concernant le traiteur à l’approche du mariage! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié collaborer avec Charlène et nos rendez vous de suivi était toujours des moments pour lesquels nous nous réjouissions d’avance!
