03/04/2026: Recommended by a colleague, we had a fantastic time! A very warm welcome, a pleasant atmosphere, and a delicious meal! From appetizer to dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!! Special mention goes to the pork belly with its many varied and perfectly cooked vegetables! A colorful and very tempting dish! A big congratulations to this restaurateur and even more so to his apprentices who are developing the art of cooking and, above all, showcasing the local produce of the Sarthe region! 😋
