Special mention goes to the pork belly with its many varied and perfectly cooked vegetables! A colorful and very tempting dish! A big congratulations to this restaurateur and even more so to his apprentices who are developing the art of cooking and, above all, showcasing the local produce of the Sarthe region! 😋

Excellent restaurant that I highly recommend! High-quality ingredients, like the cod loin which was delicious, and beautifully presented dishes. The staff is incredibly welcoming and there's a great atmosphere.

Traditional French cuisine, but refined and presented in a very original way. A surprising blend of flavors (savory macaron with rillettes). A very good restaurant that updates its menu with the seasons, which is very pleasant. We had a wonderful time with our family; our taste buds were delighted.

The setting and staff were very welcoming. The food was good, but the presentation could be more refined. The rillettes macaron was original (you have to like sweet and savory). The duck fillet was very good, but the side dishes were a bit disorganized. The peanut praline log was delicious and light. My friend had the goat cheese tartlet and found the goat cheese flavor very subtle. The sirloin steak was delicious and very tender, but I was disappointed by the garnish (I think it would be good to mention this when ordering). A small saucer for our bread would be nice to avoid having to put it on the table. There is a parking lot.

We came for a birthday meal and had a wonderful time. The welcome was very pleasant from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent, with flavorful dishes and perfectly reasonable portions.
