26/07/2026: The menu was delicious and perfectly suited to the season; we loved it! We're quite regulars and found the service slightly less attentive than usual. There was a wait after our aperitif, one course wasn't presented, and the sommelier wasn't very friendly. Note: the previous sommelier was a real gem and captivated us with his explanations. We'll gladly return and highly recommend this restaurant, the best in Le Mans without hesitation!

26/07/2026: Our first experience here, celebrating my husband's 60th birthday. We enjoyed an aperitif outside in a very pleasant setting. Inside, the dining room feels like a cozy cocoon. The cuisine is exquisite; everything is perfect: the presentation, the taste—it's an explosion of flavors. A great deal of creativity. The waitstaff is incredibly attentive, and the service is perfectly orchestrated. We particularly appreciated the interaction with the Chef, who came to greet his guests. It would be helpful to have the menu presented when choosing an aperitif, so we could see the prices, as our selection was made verbally.

31/07/2026: A frosty reception during a heatwave... Absolutely no customer service skills, disdainful staff, we'll never set foot in there again. I strongly advise against it, unless you want a terrible evening :) Furthermore, the person at reception informed me that the establishment didn't have a license to sell alcohol, which is why they refused us entry, even though on your homepage you describe your establishment as a brasserie...

31/07/2026: Hello, some friends gave me this meal as a birthday present. We were well received; the aperitif, starter, and main course were all perfect, no complaints. However, the desserts were a disaster. We ordered two homemade rum babas, but we're still looking for the rum. We mentioned it to the waiter, who passed the information along, but no one came to check. And the strawberry soup with rhubarb ice cream, served with a scoop of blackcurrant liqueur, was later corrected. Mistakes happen, but I feel there was a lack of professionalism. I've been to your restaurant several times and have never been disappointed before. I hope you will take our comments into account. Have a good day.

23/06/2026: A rather small takeaway pizza for €15

20/06/2026: We had reserved a table for 25 people at 9 pm several weeks in advance, with pre-selected menus. When we arrived at 8:50 pm, the owner told us the table wasn't ready. Apparently, our table had been given to other people beforehand, and he hadn't managed the time. Furthermore, he hadn't communicated with his servers, so they didn't know there was another table to prepare. Consequently, the owner suggested we have two separate tables, a solution we refused as it wasn't what we had requested. Dear Mr. Owner of Bistroz, when you can't manage service time, take reservations into account, but you know how to openly disregard your customers, you should consider a different career path. A big thank you to his team, who demonstrated professionalism and responsiveness in setting up tables for us despite everything.

25/04/2026: We had a lovely family lunch. The service was excellent and very welcoming. We ordered pizzas which we thoroughly enjoyed, both for their delicious taste and generous portions. See you soon!
