Les meilleurs restaurants en Bessans

27/03/2024: A very nice restaurant in a historic barn in Bessans. The furnishings are very original and loving. We ate the traditional raclette from Savoie. Cheese, potatoes, salad and ham were of high quality and from the region. We also drank a regional white wine, which was also excellent. We felt very comfortable and recommend everyone to come here!

17/03/2024: Quality of reception in free fall, the establishment is now living on a lost asset! There remains the pleasure of a beautiful sunny terrace, very appreciable in the village. Despite everything, decent traditional dishes with the notable exception of raclettes... the attempts with wild garlic or truffles are just tasteless; Additionally, the “wood fired” cooking system tends to quickly burn the cheese rather than melt it. And finally, the establishment no longer mentions the origin of the charcuterie since it forgot the excellent local charcutier... the quality is very noticeably affected and that's a shame!
