La Bocona sur Bessans

Great selection and quality! We go back regularly and are always just as satisfied.

During our day trip to the Maurienne Valley, visiting from the Tarentaise region, we stumbled upon this restaurant. Despite the late hour, we were able to have lunch. The portions were generous and featured excellent ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The ice cream sundaes were enormous! 😜 The service was quick despite a reduced staff due to the end of the season. The team was very friendly. The complimentary digestif was much appreciated (it's a shame we didn't get to try the owner's homemade génépi liqueur!). We'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it.

Top-notch waitress from the north. Excellent Génépi.

A warm welcome, generous and delicious dishes. An excellent place to eat in Bessans!

A restaurant not to be missed! Friendly service, perfect meal, no doubt about the quality. I ate there twice in 5 days and was definitely not disappointed. It was a pleasure!

I highly recommend it! The waitresses were lovely. The portions were generous and the food was delicious!!! Top-notch!

The food was very good and homemade. The service was very friendly but a little slow. Free parking nearby.

A real treat! Excellent food, a warm welcome, and a lovely team. We had a wonderful time, thank you for everything!

Absolutely Fantastic. We ordered a Fondue au Bleu, tartiflettes and raclettes. Not only was the food excellent, but the service was on the same level. Kindness, speed of execution and elegance define the service of this cosy atmosphere. Highly Recommended !

A place you absolutely must try! You'll feel right at home, the welcome is warm, and the food is delicious. An excellent spot in Bessans!
