20/02/2026: A truly wonderful place.
We were there with our three young children, and everything was perfectly suited to our needs. The welcome was genuine, the service attentive and friendly, with a touch of class that immediately puts you at ease, even as a family.
The atmosphere is warm and authentic, thanks to the local clientele. You can tell you're in a place that caters to its regulars, far removed from tourist traps.
On the plate, everything is homemade, and it shows.
The braised beef was remarkably tender, melting in your mouth, almost like butter. The homemade mashed potatoes were excellent, perfectly executed. The homemade fries were crispy and flavorful. Even the ham deserves a mention: a quality product with real taste, which is becoming increasingly rare.
The pizzas were also very good, and the wine was well-chosen to complement everything.
An authentic place, demanding without being pretentious.
Our only regret: that it's so far from home!
31/01/2026: Worth the detour! Very pleasant, welcoming, beautiful decor, very good food, well served, and not too long a wait even when they are full! We will be back.

13/11/2024: I went to Ernest and Valentin’s house today, and I was very disappointed by the welcome. Although I was visibly waiting, a saleswoman chose to serve another customer who arrived after me.
This lack of consideration surprised me so much that I preferred to leave. I can't say if this was due to discrimination...
Very disappointed with this experience with Ernest and Valentin.
10/11/2024: I went to the bakery to take my order from a waitress with a smile, polite who understands us, thank you Alexandra. Not like a young girl max 20 years old who was there in the evening doesn't smile, pulls her head, not even polite. Frankly unacceptable morning team more polite than the evening one I would return that in the morning I put 5 at the service thanks to the morning team of 10/11/2024 etc but if I could have I would have put 5 stars everywhere for the morning but not for the evening I don't know where he finds their employee but catastrophic for the young girl who worked that evening. Looks like she didn't want to work

04/09/2024: Cuisine simple et de qualité, plats copieux. Et une tare aux noix de pécan et caramel beurre salé à tomber par terre ;-)
Ambiance détendue et serveur adorable.
Seul bémol, le choix en plats végétariens est un peu limité.
On reviendra sans hésiter.
30/08/2024: Très bonne adresse nous avons très bien mangé le serveur a été exemplaire (nous étions deux il a fait le maximum pr ns servir avant une grande table de 17personnes )
Les produits sont frais une cuisine maison comme on en trouve plus beaucoup !

01/06/2024: Grâce à l'ambiance, l'équipe, les cuisiniers, le service, le cadre... j'ai passé un excellent Anniversaire.
Nous étions 5, les boissons sont arrivés très vite et pour manger, c'est une dinguerie comme c'est bon.
La présentation des pièces de viande avant qu'ils la servent histoire de voir ce que tu vas dégommer après, est une excellente idée.
Je remercie ma femme pour l'organisation, mes amis de leur présence et votre équipe pour l'accueil.
09/02/2024: J’ai découvert Holy chips par le biais d’un proche. Et quel plaisir de se retrouver autour de mets à partager accompagnés de vins aussi surprenants que convaincants. L’opportunité d’avoir un sommelier qui nous guide dans le choix de leur carte vertigineuse est un vrai plus pour l’expérience.
Si vous aimez être surpris et conquis c’est l’endroit pour vivre ces émotions.

18/05/2024: A éviter....une employée qui vous parle comme si vous étiez son pote avec manque de respects....bref une catastrophe.....
09/04/2024: Bon mais un peu trop cher pour ce type d’établissement. Les employés sont pro et sympathiques surtout lorsqu’il y a foule le midi.
L’amplitude horaire est un vrai plus.
