30/03/2026: We had an exceptional time at this restaurant. The dishes were absolutely delicious, carefully prepared, and bursting with flavor.
The service was impeccable: quick, attentive, and always with a smile. You feel truly welcome from the moment you arrive, with a warm and professional team who take the time to ensure everything is perfect.
A top-notch experience from start to finish. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back!
17/03/2026: This was our favorite restaurant in La Rosière. Excellent food and very friendly efficient service. We went there twice for dinner in 7 nights we spent there. The woman who owns the place is from UK, so it was nice nice having a chat with her. Everyone on staff speaks excellent English.

24/03/2026: We visited as a group of five and arrived fairly early without a reservation. Luckily, we were able to get a table—but it’s clear that booking ahead is usually necessary, given how popular the place is.
The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, with a charming vintage style. The crackling fireplace creates a warm, cozy atmosphere that really enhances the dining experience. The service was impeccable throughout—attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly.
Without a doubt, this was the best meal we had during our entire stay. We ordered the red wine fondue and the pierre chaude (hot stone), both served with a side of gratin. The gratin, in particular, was exceptional—easily the best we’ve ever tasted. The wine fondue was equally delicious and full of flavor.
If there’s one small point for improvement, it would be the tenderness of the meat, which could have been just slightly better. With that one adjustment, the experience would be truly Michelin-star worthy.
As we left, there was already a line forming outside, which says everything about how good this restaurant is. Highly recommended!
22/03/2026: A mountain restaurant with quality ingredients, where the generous cuisine will delight your taste buds. The staff were very accommodating, welcoming us at 2 pm without any problem. We left completely satisfied.
Be aware of the price, though: expect to pay around €50 per person. We shared a starter, a main course, and a dessert.

07/03/2026: Our favorite mountain restaurant 😊 The terrace is huge and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.
The service is very attentive and the food is good. Don't hesitate to stop by for a break!

22/03/2026: This was recommended for gluten free food. The staff looked at us blankly when asked what was gluten free. The attitude went downhill from there.
There was one gluten free meal. The Dhal. But it was as tasteless as they come.
They don't get how dangerous it can be for people with allergies. Definitely need both the staff and chefs to be brought into the modern age.
The service initially was quick. And whilst a beef calzone was ordered, a normal pizza arrived returned that a calzone then arrived but it was just a pizza folded in half! Anyway it was pretty inedible. So eventually left.

21/03/2026: We hiked up from La Rosière and received a fantastic welcome!
The team was dynamic and incredibly friendly!! Great sport with a magnificent view, good music, and a super warm welcome for us and our dog.
The perfect spot at altitude in La Rosière!
We'll be back no matter how long the hike takes.
Have a great end to the season, team!
18/03/2026: Hot chocolate with whipped cream is a must. Friendly staff. A cozy spot by the fireplace, perfect for bad weather. Accessible on foot.

11/01/2025: For a pizza order including two pizzas with speck ham, the two pizzas were provided without speck ham even though it was the main ingredient of the pizzas. The restaurant absolutely did not warn us of the absence of these ingredients. Forgetting one pizza can happen, but forgetting the same food on two different pizzas is certainly not a coincidence. So I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant.

La Flam' Dans Les ALpes

11/03/2024: We zijn hier onlangs geweest n.a.v. de recensies op tripadvisor.
Het restaurant zit erg weggestopt. Je moet even zoeken.
De ontvangst was erg hartelijk en de ambiance was leuk.
Helaas kon je geen pichet wijn bestellen, alleen flessen. Of een glas maar die waren maar van 2 wijnen beschikbaar. Dat is erg karig voor een Frans restaurant. Toen maar een fles besteld. De prijzen zijn aanzienlijk. Niet alleen van de wijnen maar ook van de gerechten. Wij besloten te gaan voor de kaasfondue van 4 soorten kazen. Helaas waren de kazen niet goed gesmolten en bleef er een bonk “elastiek” in de pan drijven. Na melding hiervan aan de serveerster werd de pan meegenomen en in de keuken opnieuw verwarmd. Hierna werd het iets beter maar niet goed. Volgens de serveerster hadden we meer moeten roeren in de pan maar dat hadden we juist diverse keren gedaan. We hebben al behoorlijk vaak kaasfondue besteld in restaurants maar dit was geen topper.
De bijbehorende salade was zeer minimaal. Zo vanuit de zak in een bakje (ik kon in de keuken kijken toen de kok dit aan het klaarmaken was) met alleen een klein beetje dressing, that’s it. Had hier gewoon iets meer van gemaakt, zo moeilijk is het niet.
Al met al een voldoende maar echt goed was het voor ons niet (behalve de bediening, die was prima).

Je n'ai pas compris ce qu'il s'est passé ?? Salade en sachet, pain industriel, frites industrielles trop cuites et sèches, pain à burger sec...
Il n'y a que le fromage qui était bon.
Quelle déception ! Nous irons dans un autre resto l'an prochain.

13/09/2024: Serveuse topissime, accueillante et ultra réactive malgré beaucoup de monde. Il est 14h30, les cuisines sont encore actives, bravo à eux.
Carte des Burgers originale avec les produits du coin. Frites bonnes mais pas assez nombreuses à mon goût et plus
de pain à cause de l'affluence !
27/08/2024: Vous ne pouvez pas passer a côté de cet endroit si vous venez à la Rosière, l'établissement et tellement chaleureux, propreté, accueil,plats ...bref tout y est 👌 personnellement je vous conseille le burger chamois mais il y en a pour tous les goûts ,merci a l'équipe ☺️

07/09/2024: Very disappointed with the “Korean sandwiches” which have nothing Korean in them! Just sandwich bread from Carrefour with salad (lots of salad) and 2 unfortunate little slices of salmon. It’s clearly a shame for the price of the menu which I believe is 12 euros. I also had pineapple which had NO taste. However, I found the fluffy pancakes quite good.
24/08/2024: Service extra, des cocktails somptueux notamment le clear milk ainsi que le ginger beer maison.
Je vous recommande vivement cet endroit si vous voulez y passer un excellent moment…
