20/04/2026: Welcoming, great setting but still very expensive, and a minor negative point: the fries weren't cooked through, however the gratin was perfect.

15/04/2026: Nice music, attentive staff, pleasant setting, and simple, tasty food. A perfect place to stop before heading back out to ski.

30/07/2026: Good value for money, right next to the chairlift and above the ice rink. There's even a bowling alley!

25/07/2026: Ordering raclette and leaving hungry isn't very Savoyard... The service was very good, the food was good. We were brought 250g of cheese for two people (€32 per person for the raclette without specifying the weight, okay...). Having finished this small piece, we asked if it was possible to get more cheese, which is normal in any self-respecting Savoyard restaurant. An extra 250g for €15... no thanks. The service was very good, the raclette very good, but the quantity was outrageous. When you order meat, they tell you the weight... Here it says raclette... If we had known the weight, we would have ordered a pizza, which would have satisfied us. This comment was given at the time of payment and is for the information of future customers.

04/08/2026: We visited this place three times during our one week stay (August 2026), which says it all. It’s a great, relaxed spot for a drink and a simple meal. We really liked the casual concept: you order at the bar, receive a buzzer, and pick up your food when it’s ready. Easy, efficient, and it works well. The food is good, the staff are super friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Prices for the food are reasonable. The drinks are a little on the expensive side, but that’s to be expected in France, especially in such a popular ski resort at nearly 2,000 meters above sea level. Overall, a lovely place that we’d happily return to. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxed meal or just a drink after a day in the mountains.

06/04/2026: Bar closed at 4:40pm… completely rediculous. Last lift up is at 4:50, so at least give people the chance for ons last drink before they return to the hotel… Loud music and people dancing with full glasses seemed like the party was still goin when we arrived at 4:45…

26/03/2026: Plan Du Repos is easily the best bar on the hill. We have been many times and have always been welcomed with open arms by Vincent and his extremely hard working team. The food is always excellent for a quick bite before getting back on the skis, I most recently had an incredible soup. Apres there is by far the best, incredible atmosphere every time they put on live music or a DJ. THE BEST VIEW IN THE RESORT. I could spend all day there and I have many times. Also the cheapest pint in the resort. All of the drinks are on point. Me and my wife absolutely love this place. Too many mountain bars try to be like the follie duce. The aesthetic here is exactly what you would want to find on the mountain. Prices up The mountain are always expensive, but people forget the massive logistical operation it takes to keep places like this open, especially as they are closed for half the year.
