30/12/2025: Cold accommodation, a towel warmer in the living room that wasn't very effective for heating. The ski slope was terrible, lots of black ice. No toboggan run. Not much to do in the area. La Norma is better for skiing. And look closely at the wooden chairs; my wife fell backward and they came loose.

02/09/2024: Very well located we went for snack with our children.
At the end of the season, many things are missing, even the waffles... But above all, we were served fruit juices that had expired for more than 2 years! 😱😱 And yes June 2022....but if it is consumed preferably that's a lot...
Simple apology by stating that I received these drinks at the start of the season!
The second fruit juice expired since June 2024.
Totally disappointed. To flee! Inadmissible for professionals.
I have my credit card receipt to prove it if you doubt it! You don't even remember it even though it was last week??? It's alarming in this case...
This is not denigration sir but unfortunately the reality.
For my part, the hygiene services were notified.
I'm not saying see you soon. Sincerely

29/08/2024: A rare welcome, very attentive staff, excellent cuisine and fresh produce!!! We were 6 people, all different dishes, of exceptional quality, and a presentation worthy of a Michelin star!! The dishes follow one another in a cozy family atmosphere.
Many thanks again for this time spent with you, it was more than a meal, it was a story...
24/08/2024: Disappointed because the pizzas were half the size of the box which is already not very big... (€56 for 4 pizzas) Despite that, they were good.

02/02/2026: This restaurant is really just okay for €27 for the XL burger and €24 for the standard one. The fries are frozen, the burgers are barely cooked, and the buns are neither warm nor crispy.
When we arrived, it wasn't very busy, and we had to wait 15 minutes to flag someone down to ask if we could eat (it was 1 p.m. and they were open continuously) after the servers had walked past us countless times. Very disappointing indeed.

25/01/2026: I stayed at this hotel for three days. The food on Saturday night caused food poisoning in 15-20 people. Everyone was sick, and we had to call emergency services at 6:00 AM. The crudités platters are suitable for a rabbit, but not for a human. The entertainment staff was very nice otherwise. 👍 We received no apology whatsoever for the widespread food poisoning.
24/01/2026: Excellent value for money.
Located at the foot of the slopes, the ski rental shop is connected to the hotel's ski room. Perfect for those who don't want to walk in their ski boots.
5 days half-board was perfect.
Nice bar and entertainment.
Friendly staff.
Dinners are decent, nothing special.
Breakfasts are very good.
The rooms are very nice.
I recommend it.

Accueil et service très sympa
Extérieur plus sûr si on veut s'entendre (volume sonore ++ en intérieur).
Pizzas très bonnes (goûtées : calzone, parmigiana, 4 fromages) ainsi que les panzerotti ricotta épinards (copieux et goûteux)
Salade de fruits, fraiche et légère

04/09/2024: Nous avons dîné au restaurant Les Lauzes parce qu'il était à proximité de notre logement. L'ensemble des plats goûtés était bon, à prix raisonnable. L'accueil et le service ont été très appréciés et ont été réalisés par une équipe serviable, dynamique et agréable. Bref, un restaurant bien sympathique.
26/08/2024: We spent a week in Valmenier where Les Lauzes gradually became our canteen 😉.
We started on the terrace with a good regional pint and ended several times with meals.... Raclette, fondue, all-you-can-eat tartiflette evening and others.
The dishes are generous with good value for money for the place, the desserts are excellent including the pistachio crème brûlée.
Géraldine and Remi take great care and provide good advice for nearby activities.
I recommend this bar / restaurant you will not be disappointed.
And thank you to Géraldine and Rémi for the welcome, advice and sympathy, good luck to you and see you next year 😉

21/03/2024: Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cadre exceptionnel, l’efficacité du service, la musique électro et la qualité du repas. Nous avons juste regretté qu’aucune alternative végétarienne soit proposée. L’an dernier, nous avions pourtant été tellement conquis par une planche végé. Peut-être sur nouveau sur la carte du prochain hiver ?
20/03/2024: Nous nous sommes arrêtés par hasard ce midi, et avons été tous été séduits par ce restestaurant incroyable de qualité, nous étions 6 adultes. Le serveur qui s'est occupé de nous était très professionnel, nous reviendrons.

08/03/2024: Cuisine traditionnelle, terrasse ensoleillée sur la piste bleue Le Grapil, ce restaurant d'altitude vaut le detour
Piste actuellement fermée car elle comporte 20 m sans neige, mais le reste de la piste est enneigé. On dechausse 20m avant le chalet, on rechausse juste en dessous

Le service est excellent avec un personnel souriant et attentionné.
La cuisine est bonne et variée .
Je recommande sans hésitation.

30/12/2024: On c'est régaler, les portions sont généreuses un rapport caliter prix correct !!!!Pour ma part j'ai pris des ravioles gratiné au chèvre.
