25/02/2026: The lobby was exceptional! The room issue (it was dirty) was quickly resolved at reception, and we were upgraded, so that was great. Breakfast was very good, though not extraordinary. The pool, sauna, and hammam were very nice but could be improved as the floor was very slippery and there were no signs indicating where to go to the changing rooms. For a 4-star hotel, I'm really disappointed, especially considering the price. If you want a nice hotel with a pool and spa, it's fine; if you're looking for a hotel that truly deserves its 4 stars, look elsewhere.

24/02/2026: A rather disconcerting stay for an establishment advertised at €180 per night. Traveling with an infant, I had naturally requested a crib... Upon arrival, I discovered an extremely dirty and damaged travel cot, without a suitable mattress, replaced by a pile of towels under a double sheet. A rather creative interpretation of baby bedding, to say the least... The contrast is all the more surprising because upon our departure, I expressed my dissatisfaction, and the manager took it upon herself to inform me about the prevention guidelines related to sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS)... One would have expected a more practical application of these principles. At this price point, one simply expects clean, functional equipment that meets basic safety standards, especially when it comes to accommodating a very young child. An experience that leaves one perplexed regarding the level of attention paid to families.
