03/04/2024: I really like their salad and despite a few mistakes, my husband and I were very good customers but obviously, they no longer deliver to our house. Very disappointed, especially since it arrived right when we had ordered enough to get our reduction but hey.... too bad :(

09/06/2024: 1 star because you can't do less. A more than deplorable welcome, “empty” from a cruel lack of education. Important if you want to go girls come undressed you will be accepted. To really avoid.

12/09/2024: Le delice n'est plus impérial. Deux pâtisseries en vitrine, crêpes noix amandes servi sans noix. Commande oubliée deux fois, très long pour servir. Comment un salon de thé prestigieux de Fontainebleau a pu descendre aussi bas.

11/09/2024: Il faut d’abord savoir qu’il n’y a pas de pâtisseries le mercredi ???? que des gaufres et des crêpes ! Nous commandons un chocolat chaud chaud, un thé citron et 2 gaufres au sucre. Le chocolat arrive avec une partie récupérée par la soucoupe et le thé sans le citron. Puis les gaufres arrivent froides sans couvert et une serviette pour deux. Nous faisons repartir pour les faire réchauffer. Elles reviennent à peine tiède et plein de traces de doigt gras sur l’assiette. Ce salon, thé, très bien placé, à hélas, beaucoup changé depuis quelques temps d’ailleurs beaucoup moins de monde. Je ne y retournerai plus

18/09/2024: Order Uber eats, because the only fast food open at 11 p.m.... we would have preferred that nothing was open. Order for 5 people, no sandwich acceptable. •Tuna panini menu, fries not received, baguette instead of panini bread, and WET bread. •normal kebab, requested without raw vegetables, of course the comment was not even read and the raw vegetables were present in the sandwich (good for people with allergies). •kebab (another) received in a pancake rather than in the kebab bun. •cordon bleu tacos (yet another) received with a few pieces of kebab inside; probably put in because they don't pay attention to anything •the last, very strange taste of the meat. The soft fries, are they cooked in oil or in water? Hygiene seems extremely questionable. Result, no one finished their meal, let's see if we are all sick tomorrow. The only good thing about them: the drinks, and even then, they aren't even cold (I live 3 minutes from the place, they don't have time to warm up on the way). Run away and refrain from ordering there even if they are the only ones open.

16/09/2024: We were very disappointed with the meal and the service yesterday. My mother and my father were very regular customers for years and never disappointed. Maybe on a bad day...

15/09/2024: Very disappointed with the service. To flee! Really poor service. Four staff members were busy chatting among themselves rather than attending to customers. We had to install ourselves, without anyone noticing our presence. We also had to get up to ask for the card, and despite this we were told they were "understaffed", even though there were several employees present. We were even told a "joke" saying that our dish would arrive in 3 hours... Not very professional. In the end we waited a long time to be served, even with children. The meal was OK, but the service was frankly unacceptable. In the end, we were the only customers inside, and yet they were unable to clear the table or bring us the dessert provided on the menu. We had to get up again to ask for it. Avoid if you value quality service. TO RUN AWAY
