28/07/2026: A huge thank you for a wonderful evening! The interior is cozy and the service is pleasant, the food is excellent—we particularly enjoyed the Caesar salad and the mussels were delicious and plentiful. A great find that delighted us from beginning to end.

23/07/2026: I came this evening with a friend; it was our very first time at this restaurant. I trusted the positive reviews, and I'm so glad I did. We had an excellent evening. The waiter was very kind and professional, immediately presenting us with the daily menu and what was unavailable. The kitchen, waiters, and owner were all very attentive and professional, and the staff were very responsive to the customers. The team was top-notch. The service was incredibly fast. The time between the starter, main course, and dessert was perfect, allowing ample time for digestion. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated; it's really lovely. Regarding the meal, we ordered a set menu (starter, main course, and dessert) for €36.90, which is really inexpensive for the quality—everything was homemade—and especially for the generous portions. We left feeling completely satisfied. The food was absolutely delicious. The homemade touches, the real homemade fries, and the Batavia lettuce, cleaned and cut to order (not bagged), were a real treat. The warm goat cheese salad is perfect as a starter; the generous portion and the balsamic dressing are excellent, perfectly complementing the goat cheese on the perfectly toasted bread. As for the ribeye steak, it's simply superb—extremely tender meat that melts in your mouth, a beautiful, high-quality cut. The rare steak is cooked to perfection. The crème brûlée, a classic, is also delicious and not too sweet. We have absolutely no complaints; we had a wonderful time. It's great to see that restaurants still exist with professionals who prepare everything themselves, peeling, washing, cooking, chopping… all the ingredients to create truly homemade cuisine at a very reasonable price considering the quantity and quality. You can go there without hesitation; a delicious meal is guaranteed.

15/08/2026: Thank you to Suzy in the dining room and the team at Saint Thibault for this wonderful evening. The service was magnificent from start to finish, despite the restaurant being full! We were seated promptly, the food was perfect, and Suzy's service... worthy of a fine dining establishment. Discreet, efficient, and always smiling. As for the dining room, it was brand new, and the dishes were cooked exactly as we had ordered.

15/08/2026: The staff were friendly and attentive... But when I asked if it was possible to add fish and chips to my son's meal, the waiter said "no problem." He came back two minutes later to say he was sorry, but that I would need to order a second children's meal. So, I paid for two children's meals to get six pieces of fish and chips. Mixed feelings.

15/07/2026: We ordered five Regina pizzas: they were inconsistent, and four out of five weren't visually appealing. None of them were good. One of the pasta dishes was different from what was served on our last visit in June. The menu has been reduced; we really get the impression that the establishment was trying to cut costs at the expense of quality, and/or that the kitchen staff is struggling.

29/07/2026: As soon as you open the door, you're greeted by a rather dim and uninviting space. The dining room itself is nicely decorated and clean. The service could be better; there was no real interaction, just the bare minimum. The couscous was excellent: the semolina was very fine, the mechoui was perfectly cooked, and the vegetables were delicious. A good place to recommend.

23/07/2026: Delicious Moroccan dishes served in Moroccan porcelain. Tagine, couscous, Bastila, etc. Welcoming and friendly staff. Affordable prices. The only problem noted is the parking, which is a bit difficult.
