la taverne sur Villeneuve-Le-Comte

I discovered this place a few months ago. Since then I have eaten there every lunchtime with great pleasure. The staff is smiling and welcoming, the cuisine is delicious and with fresh produce. The daily menu is always a delight and includes starter, main course and dessert for €16.50. If you are a meat lover, the entrecôte or prime rib for two will satisfy you because they are of a rare quality these days. For those who love pizza, you will not be disappointed whether by the quantity, quality or price! Being a good eater I struggle to finish the mega size! (Available to take away) Last but not least: the desserts are delicious! A passionate and very talented pastry chef makes desserts for you every day with some recurring desserts like their delicious chocolate fondant (and I'm not usually a fan of chocolate), the tarte tatin as well as a delicious crème brûlée. For the rest it's day by day depending on the pastry chef's wishes but you can trust her on this point. In conclusion, in my opinion, it is one of the best restaurants in 77 due to its value for money and the general atmosphere as well as the service. I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed.

Each time I visit Villeneuve le Comte, I have lunch in this good and friendly tavern, a warm welcome from the owner and the young waitress, good, generous cuisine from the chef.

Delicious Christmas meal in this cozy little restaurant, we were delighted with the service and the quality of the dishes offered. It’s a restaurant that takes you back to your childhood, in a very warm family atmosphere. The dishes are excellent and the staff super friendly. I would definitely come back to eat other good dishes there. Thank you for your welcome !

Small cozy village restaurant. After Disney we ate pizza here with his 6th birthday. Richly topped and very tasty!

Les tarifs très élevés pour la qualité, le service axé sur la terrasse et délaissé en salle. De nombreux oublis et longues attentes. Les portions copieuses mais ne justifient pas les prix.

A village / cozy restaurant for anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle after a day of EuroDisney. We had a delicious meal with 13 people, including 5 children. Both the pizza and the beef (steak) recommended by the hostess tasted delicious. The owners and chefs are very passionate and personally asked if everything had been to your liking. The hostess, who came especially because of her English (our French is a little less ;-)), served us excellently and made us feel at home. If we are ever 'in the area' again, we would love to come back!!

Na een bezoek aan EuroDisney met 13 personen (5 kinderen) genoten van voortreffelijke pizza's en heerlijk mals rundvlees, bereid door vaardige vakvrouwhanden in een knusse ambiance. Bij gelegenheid zéker een tweede (én volgend) bezoek waard! Aanrader!!! 😋
