Lunch at 6 today. The food, service, setting, and ambiance were all admirable. The menu was generous, with flavors beautifully highlighted and balanced. It deserves more than one star. We will definitely return.
(Minor suggestion: the reduction of the sauces could be better balanced in two courses; perhaps adding a touch of acidity would be helpful?)

A wonderful discovery at La Vieille Auberge!
We had the pleasure of enjoying the Sensation Menu in a warm and welcoming setting. The service was impeccable: attentive, smiling, and exceptionally pleasant staff throughout the meal.
Each dish was perfectly executed, flavorful, and refined, showcasing high-quality ingredients. A culinary experience that fully met our expectations.
An excellent restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend for a truly enjoyable experience enjoying delicious and generous cuisine.

A truly wonderful discovery! The decor was beautiful, featuring tastefully chosen objects and elegant, original tableware, perfectly complementing dishes made with exceptionally fresh and exquisitely flavored ingredients. The flavor combinations were quite extraordinary, and the service was elegant and informative. The wines were excellent and paired perfectly with the six courses that followed one another. A resounding success!

Visiting a very elderly friend, we were invited to this establishment. The welcome was warm and courteous. The outdoor dining area is very pleasant and comfortable. There were only five covers for lunch, so we opted for the five-course tasting menu. Throughout the meal, it was a discovery of tastes, aromas, and delightful surprises. The ingredients are of high quality. The service is provided by the very friendly owner. It's a family-run restaurant, unpretentious and well deserving of its first Michelin star. Excellent value for money.

A mixed experience for a Michelin-starred restaurant. No sommelier (simply presenting the wine list on a tablet without offering any advice) is not good service. Two of the five courses were too salty, but when we pointed this out, we were told it was a cuisine with character. In short, they could do better in their customer service.
