28/08/2026: The welcome was very good. The pizza was hard, way overcooked, and very difficult to eat, with poor-quality ingredients. It was almost entirely cheese and tomato sauce, with very little chorizo ​​or merguez sausage. I was very disappointed with the quality. I told the man making the pizzas that it wasn't good and was very hard on the edges and inside—a disaster.

15/08/2026: Very disappointing. We went there after reading the good reviews. The service was friendly, but our large glass of wine arrived at the end of my meal, which was lukewarm and which I ate cold, desperately hoping for the glass. We went to ask for it, but it only arrived at the end of the meal. They apologized and didn't charge us for it since we hadn't drunk it. That said, the dishes we ate (eggplant gratin, which turned out to be eggplant and pepper gratin, and escalope Bolognese) were decent but didn't justify the €26/€27 price tag. Especially since my escalope arrived barely lukewarm. Three courses and two courses cost over €80 for two people; you expect something more refined with locally sourced ingredients. You're paying for the location on the port of Dieppe. In short, expensive for what it is; I don't recommend it.

16/07/2026: As an ALL Accor Gold member who stays at Accor hotels regularly, this was by far my worst experience. The room I received was significantly different from the one shown during booking. The advertised room had large panoramic windows overlooking the sea, while my room had a small window with much of the view blocked by the neighboring building. Reception acknowledged that the room was different but said no other rooms were available. Even more disappointing was the service. Lisa at the reception was rude throughout my stay. When my room key stopped working, she refused to help until I said “please”—her own words. I have never experienced anything like this in an Accor hotel. I am genuinely surprised that this hotel is part of the ALL Accor network. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously. UPD: Even after contacting the hotel management directly, my emails were ignored and the issue remains unresolved.

25/05/2026: Hello I'm writing to leave a review because we stayed at the hotel on May 22, 2026, for two nights, but we were very disappointed. The rooms were dirty, with cobwebs and seagull droppings all over the windows. We were on the 4th floor, so the cleaning staff had access to clean a yellow stain on the headboard, and the price of €410 for two nights shouldn't even be that high. There was also a major problem with the key. Every time we wanted to get into our room, we had to go through reception, not to mention the time a gentleman had to come and bring us a new key. We paid extra for a better view, but instead, we weren't even placed in the center of the hotel; we were put at the far end, so we were practically at the end of the sea. Very disappointed. Avoid this hotel; it's far too expensive for the quality.

21/06/2026: Stayed 4 nights here and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Stayed in room 410 which is a nice room and well decorated and reasonably priced. The room is quiet, and you can hardly hear outside if you keep the windows shut. There is a pub behind the hotel which serves Guinness and a local lounge bar not far on the same street as the hotel which is quite handy The view from the terrace is beautiful, and the hotel is not far from local restaurants, some even open outside of normal meal hours. You are not far from small shops where you can buy most of what you would need when on holidays However, I cannot give more than 3 stars because of the following. -The Wi-Fi exists but with 5-6 MBPs, it is barely usable and definitely no way you can stream, it also cuts out regularly and at the end of the day, I used my 5G -The floor from the bed to the second part of the room slopes down, it is not flat, probably OK for most people but difficult if you have a disability walking as I do -The website mentions a bar,  https://www.hotelwindsor.fr/   but there is no bar, not only is there no bar, you cannot buy beer from reception, to make matters worse, there is no fridge in the room. Reception will, however, put your beer in their fridge upon request -The terrace outside the room is nice to have, but don't expect to be able to sit there and watch the sea unless you're very short and peep through the holes or extremely tall -There is no air conditioning or flow of air coming to the room, if you open a window, the outside is very noisy, and you have to keep the windows shut, the room can get a bit stuffy. -The Tripadvisor page says "Free High Speed Internet (WiFi)" which is false -The Tripadvisor page says "Free breakfast" which is also false

02/06/2026: Great location. Helpful staff. Our room with sea view and balcony was extremely tired. Very good breakfast.

14/08/2026: The setting was very pleasant, the staff were friendly, and we ate very well.

25/06/2026: Exceptional setting and, above all, plenty of space, unlike city restaurants.

28/09/2026: I ordered a seafood platter and apart from the prawns the rest was not of very good quality and the crepe was average.

06/08/2026: We went there to eat with friends; the crepes were very good and there was a good selection. The back patio is very pleasant for enjoying the sun. I highly recommend it.

05/08/2026: The owner is super friendly. The small terrace at the back is lovely, and the salted caramel crepe is absolutely delicious!

30/07/2026: A beautiful Cars-themed birthday cake for our son's second birthday. The decoration was magnificent and the chocolate cake was excellent. A bit pricey (€75 for 10 people) but the quality was definitely there and everyone loved it. A truly beautiful creation that made a big impression on this special day.

15/07/2026: I came specifically because I was the local winner of the M B d F competition, but I was disappointed. There was little choice of snacks, and they weren't interesting or good. A poor choice. The area was quite deserted (for a tourist).
