Les meilleurs restaurants en Etretat

13/07/2026: We booked this hotel because our Etretat apartments were cancelled at the last minute. As a place to stay it is ok and the location is definitely good, but that's where the positives end. The rooms are small, the bathroom had mold and most of the furniture in the room was far from new. As a place to stay for the night it's okay, but nothing more.

25/05/2026: The pizzas are delicious; we came twice while passing through this long weekend and were definitely not disappointed – they were excellent.

29/08/2026: A small, local casino, modest in size but recently renovated and still offering a Blackjack table. Its real appeal lies in the friendly staff! Especially the two dealers, Guillaume and Bastien, who guarantee a great evening, win or lose! 👌🥳

25/08/2026: Unbelievable! I just sat down on the terrace to check out the place. I waited patiently. People arrived after me and were taken by someone. I thought, "Okay, no big deal, maybe they didn't mean to." Then more people arrived, same thing. Unacceptable.

14/08/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! 🚫 After waiting no less than 30 minutes for someone to even acknowledge our arrival, we finally got the menu. We made the mistake of asking for a little time to enjoy our aperitif and the view of the cliff... because we then had to wait another 30 minutes for our main courses, once we'd ordered. My husband had to wait an additional 10 minutes for his mussels! On the plus side, we found the dishes we ordered quite appetizing. Although, €20 for the "chicken salad"—which consisted of a salad, three small pieces of breaded chicken, and two small pieces of hard-boiled egg—seems a bit excessive! After a bit more waiting... no one even asked if we needed anything else, like bread or drinks, for example... I flagged down a young waitress to order drinks. We've been here for over two hours just to have an aperitif and a main course... So we decided to skip dessert and have ice cream by the sea. The children had ordered a junior menu which included one. When ordering, I asked if it would be possible to start right away. We waited another 20 minutes for a single scoop of ice cream and a Nutella crepe... I expressed my dissatisfaction, but the only response I got from the waitress was that she wasn't responsible for the kitchen's pace! The brasserie was far from full, though! So, I'll spare you the details of the hygiene in general, and especially in the restrooms! We should have read the reviews before going there instead of reading them while waiting! Unfortunately, there's little positive to say, and what's disheartening is that the managers don't use customer feedback to improve. This is a shame because we're located on a touristy seafront with a fantastic setting and stunning views of the cliffs.
