The atmosphere is warm and friendly, perfect for a meal with friends or family. The staff are welcoming and attentive. I will come back without hesitation!

14/08/2024: Smiling and friendly staff.
I think the hot dishes are pre-cooked (andouillette and croque monsieur)…….if that’s not the case, it wasn’t great.

21/09/2024: Je suis une habituée je passe 3 ou 4 fois par semaine pour mon pain ou autres malheureusement l'accueil a beaucoup changé contrairement à avant le personnel etait très accueillant , arnaque aussi en caisse . Faites attention demandez toujours votre ticket de caisse.
07/09/2024: Personnel pas souriant et limite aimable, sandwich tellement froid qu il en est congelé à l intérieur .
J ai bien cette chaîne habituellement mais ici ce n' est pas terrible

We left without having dessert. No commercial gesture. Barely an apology. I do not recommend this Del Arte.
28/08/2024: I ordered 3 pizzas for 9:30 p.m., when I arrived at 9:20 p.m., the pizzas were already ready and cold. I ask to reheat them, the waitress doesn't understand and the cook is clearly drunk reheating them. Obviously when I arrive home the pizzas are not very good. No commercial gesture was made. But do I need to specify that?

26/08/2024: A pizzeria that has lost some... only 2-3 waitresses are still as welcoming... the rest the smile and friendliness is obviously too much... long waiting time despite the few customers present, the prices have gone up for the same quantity and poor quality of reception. Damage

Plats qui défilent sur tapis roulant, froid lors de la dégustation car rester tropg longtemps sur le tapis.
Pas beaucoup de choix. Petite quantité. Nems servis sur tapis roulant sans feuille de salade, sans feuille de menthe, sans sauce nems. Cela très très basique.
Aucun intérêt d autant plus que le goût n est pas au rendez vous.
