08/03/2026: It was perfect 😁👍 There was just a little bit of butter missing on the fisherman's plate, but they brought it to us with a smile. A very good place.
07/03/2026: Excellent place! Wide selection of delicious drinks. Great spot for an afternoon snack.

12/03/2026: A delightful moment spent with my mother and daughter in a charming setting. The cuisine showcased the flavors of our beautiful Normandy region, and the service was top-notch.
12/03/2026: Paying 5 euros for this??? Apparently, a customer who seemed financially secure was entitled to a few kind words and a generously topped waffle... We waited 10 minutes for the waiter to deign to take our order, and another 10 minutes for a scoop of ice cream and two "frozen" waffles with no whipped cream and Nutella, even though we had asked for chocolate (perhaps they should undergo training to learn that there is a difference...). We also got a bottle of still water.
Do you have to be a regular or display some kind of wealth to be entitled to whipped cream and a modicum of consideration? Just 200 meters away, there's a much cheaper and more welcoming establishment.

A soothing and welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and an exquisite latte with oat milk ☕! You can even bring your dog 🐕 😊
And it's much more than just a café; you can find all sorts of little things there: jewelry, home decor, souvenirs, clothing, candles 🕯️... We'll definitely be back! 🥰

It's cute, and the music isn't too loud.
However, the matcha isn't very good. It has no flavor, and I agree with the other reviews. The drinks are already too sweet, even without syrups!
Furthermore, your responses to other comments warning you are childish.
I find that a shame. All it would take is changing the recipe and/or suppliers.
It's a bit expensive, then, for the quality of the drinks served (in cardboard cups even on-site). They could provide some nicer cups and tableware that would perfectly match the shop's ambiance.

23/09/2024: I do not recommend this brewery.
Already the prices are way too expensive for the quality and quantity of the products.
Furthermore, we were shocked by the behavior of the waiters who forced our table neighbor to pay and eat an extra dish that he had not ordered.
Even if there has been a misunderstanding between the customer and the waitress, we do not forcefully put a dish on the table. The waitress only had to ask the customer what he wanted if those words weren't clear to her.
In the end she didn't know how to give us change correctly.
I have never seen this in a restaurant that really should be avoided!!!!

Cafe gourmand une tuerie ainsi que leurs glaces à faire absolument
27/08/2024: Au gré du parcours de la petite bourgade de veules les roses, ma petite fille devait aller au toilette. Nous nous sommes arrêtés Chez Calou en face d'un édifice religieux magnifique. Ce fut une très belle surprise. Des glaces au goût exquis, un accueil chaleureux, un service rapide. Un très bon moment familial.

23/09/2024: Lors de notre promenade du chemin touristique de Veules nous sommes passés derrière ce restaurant
Ce fut une agréable surprise
Terrasse sympathique
Service très agréable (merci)
Après des huîtres accompagné de vin blanc
Nous sommes passés au burger et à l’assiette fecampoise ( poisson)
En finissant pour le dessert pour profiter au maximum
