I'd seen this cute little coffee shop on Google Maps with good reviews saying it felt like home. I think the place is a bit overrated. We had a coffee and a chai coffee there, which were good but not the best. The place is pretty and friendly, but that's about it. The welcome was simple, but not enough to make you feel at home, and there weren't many snacks on offer like you see in the photos (a bit disappointing). There were just some non-homemade cookies and marshmallow bears, nothing special.
So personally, I didn't feel at home, but it's fine for just having a quiet coffee.

From the outside, the little place looks cozy. The coffee is good, the cookies a bit dry. The girl is a bit uninspired; she can barely manage a smile.

During our day in Veules-les-Roses, we were simply looking for a place to take a short break and have a drink. We discovered Comme à la maison - Coffee Shop, and what a lovely surprise!
I really loved this place. It's a refreshing change from the usual cafes and bars. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming; you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in, and the setting is full of charm. It's a cozy and inviting spot, perfect for relaxing after a stroll through the village.
We had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Veules-les-Roses. A truly great find that I'll gladly return to! 😊☕

After an excellent brunch last year, we returned to the coffee shop for afternoon tea. The food, service, and atmosphere were fantastic. The small vintage clothing shop in the back is very interesting.

Over Easter weekend, I had the chance to enjoy some cookies and coffee. I felt right at home. It was an unforgettable experience that I can't wait to repeat. I sincerely hope to go back and spend a similarly pleasant time there. I highly recommend that anyone passing through Veules-les-Roses stop by this coffee shop.
