13/03/2026: 🚨 FOR MR. ARYLESSE 🚨 I went to the McDonald's in Épinay today, and the experience was quite surprising. I went to the first drive-thru window, which, as many people in Épinay know, wasn't working and the beeping was extremely loud. So I went to the second window as usual. The microphone was clearly on on the staff side, and we could hear the entire internal conversation: "Hey, don't take your time," "You have to do this," "We don't have time," etc. I simply said, "Hello, is anyone there?" There was no polite greeting in return. I was immediately told to go to the counter. Not understanding, I asked them to repeat it. The response was, "Hey, ma'am, I just told you." I explained that I hadn't understood. The person finally said that the order would be taken at the counter. Upon arriving at the counter, I simply pointed out to him that there's a proper way to speak to customers. The discussion dragged on for several minutes without any apology. I asked for his name repeatedly (at least five times), but he refused to give it to me. I ended the conversation and placed my order. When it came time to announce the total, he finally apologized and indicated that he was the manager… which surprised me quite a bit. At the second counter, after paying, I finally asked a colleague for his name, which he gave me: ARYLESSE. I would therefore like to point out that this new manager behaved in a very familiar and disrespectful manner with customers, and that he engaged in an argument with me instead of simply handling the situation professionally. Being in the legal field, I can tell you that this type of behavior in a professional setting is absolutely unacceptable. I have lived in Épinay for over 26 years and have seen managers come and go. At some point, it might be necessary to make certain decisions or implement customer service training. On the other hand, thank you to the team member who handed me my order for their professionalism and kindness.

28/01/2026: Asian restaurant with a strong Japanese influence... but not exclusively. Purists of the Land of the Rising Sun shouldn't bother looking elsewhere. If you're in the area and have trouble deciding what to order, this place has something for everyone. My boss is lovely and friendly. The sushi, maki, sashimi, and poke bowls are delicious and fresh. Reasonable value for money and fast service.

06/04/2025: Excellent welcome Varied menus Don't get confused about what to order, despite the eight menus, and that's a big plus.

27/01/2026: We stopped by this evening to order pizzas, the service was fantastic, they recommended some really delicious pizzas. They were very generously topped, nothing to complain about, thank you again! 👌🫡 DIMA MAGHBRIIIB 😂😂😂

04/10/2025: I added 1 star for the value for money. The Indian cheese isn't bad, 13/20, but the honey goat cheese was soaked in too much, I don't know, 10/20.
