15/09/2026: Absolutely unacceptable! The service was appalling. I ordered a meal with a Sprite and an ice cream. I didn't receive the ice cream at all, the drink was the wrong one, and the contents were spilled all over my meal. I took photos and sent them to customer service via the "Help" section, but it was impossible to get a refund or have McDonald's send me the correct items. For €8 delivery, this is clearly a huge lack of professionalism and theft, since I never received the McFlurry. In short, avoid the McDonald's in La Courneuve at all costs.

03/09/2026: Lack of professionalism, very nonchalant team, disastrous order, crew members placed in positions they are completely unqualified for, don't go there
