15/08/2026: A fantastic discovery!! And even after years, I never get tired of it. Their pizzas are delicious. The staff is very friendly, although their lasagna could use some improvement, but overall it's a great restaurant, I highly recommend it.

14/08/2026: We asked him for a bag so we wouldn't have to carry the pizzas we bought, since we were going shopping in the afternoon. The man laughed in our faces and mocked us, treating us with contempt.

03/08/2026: The quality of this McDonald's is appalling. As a former crew member at McDonald's, I know exactly what I'm talking about. Three attempts and they still can't make a simple Big Tasty without lettuce. First sandwich: stale bread, hard as a rock. Second: still inedible, with pork (which I don't eat), and missing ingredients. Third: they add lettuce anyway, and to top it all off, the sandwich is made with a CBO bun, much smaller than a Big Tasty bun. At this point, it's not just a mistake, it's incompetence. The most shocking thing is the staff's attitude: not a single apology worth mentioning, a manager with astonishing passivity, and employees who laughed after my complaint as if they found the situation amusing. Respect for the customer seems to be a completely foreign concept here. As for the state of the restaurant, the trash cans are so overflowing that customers are leaving their trays on the tables. If McDonald's France management reads this review, it might be time to investigate what's going on at this restaurant, because there's clearly a serious management problem.

03/08/2026: I have never been served so badly in my entire life… dirty trays, unpleasant and mean staff… I was given the wrong drinks + really disgusting trays… and the food is cold and awful.

06/08/2026: I went in this morning, August 6th. An employee with a butterfly tattoo on his arm served me and made a gesture that, while perhaps insignificant to him, meant a great deal to me and my sons. Thank you very much, sir.

05/08/2026: For the price we pay, it's absolutely deplorable. There's no table service (even though it's included in the price of our items), the orders are cold and incorrect, not to mention the caramel sundae with almost no caramel and a size that's more like the small one. They tell us there's no stand, but we had one!

24/08/2026: We were forgotten about our order for roast beef, which requires no special cooking or preparation. I had to point this out to the staff after 30 minutes, and we received no apology. The server assigned to our area was chatting with other customers instead of serving us. A terrible experience overall, with the service being awful and deteriorating significantly. Disappointed.

22/08/2026: Unfortunately, we've noticed a decline in quality over time. We ordered: - Penne carbonara: overcooked pasta, tasteless bacon, and flavorless cream. - Two wok dishes (one with salmon and one with chicken): completely pointless, except for serving overcooked, reheated rice. Overnight's outcome: diarrhea and stomach ache. In short: avoid this place.

18/08/2026: Everything was fine. The pizza was good, the pasta too, and the meat as well. Nothing special, as you'd expect from a restaurant in a shopping center.

14/08/2026: I've been to this restaurant several times. The service is quick, but the welcome can sometimes be a bit impersonal, especially from some of the staff. As a vegetarian, I was disappointed by the pesto pasta: there was very little pesto, which made the dish quite dry and bland. This could definitely be improved.

07/08/2026: The welcome was terrible. I was there this morning, August 7th, 2026. Not a single smile; on the contrary, they gave me very dirty looks. Frankly, there was a total lack of understanding, even though I'm usually very sociable. I definitely won't be going back, and I don't recommend it.

12/05/2026: Warning: there was a long piece of iron filings in my chicken in sauce. They're normally used for cleaning grills or other kitchen utensils 🥵 I called to report it, but they pretended not to understand French: very dangerous, and very disappointing.

30/07/2026: I ordered a pizza and received it in 15 minutes. Since I was in a hurry, I didn't check it before leaving. Unfortunately, once I opened the box, I discovered that all the mushrooms on top were burnt. The pizza tasted bitter because of this and was unfortunately inedible. What a shame!

29/07/2026: The team on July 29th was unprofessional, making me wait 30 minutes without even starting my order (a dessert). This team needs customer service training.

11/07/2026: Passing through, superb place, clean, very good food! I had spicy tiger plus miso soup, California tempura, plus gyoza, top-notch like the other Suchiwan franchises

06/07/2026: I think the "sauce" recipe for Satay chicken has changed; there's less sauce and more peanuts. That's a shame!
