An error with the order is extremely rare (once in 5 years).
The food was very good, and the service was excellent. Not much more expensive than a standard fast food restaurant in terms of price/satisfaction ratio. I highly recommend it.

21/07/2026: I can't comment on the quality of the food, as my mother and I received very poor service. Ignored upon arrival, we were eventually seated after a few minutes. We then waited for what seemed like an eternity before receiving a menu. Finally, the waiter on duty that day slapped the menu on us (somewhere between slapping and throwing it away) without a glance or a word. At that point, we left thoroughly disappointed.
18/07/2026: As a long-time customer, I suffered food poisoning from an omelet prepared by the brasserie's cooks. We contacted the establishment to inform them and, more importantly, to ask them to check the quality of the eggs. Unfortunately, one of the managers brushed us off, claiming they made omelets every day and that there were no problems with customers. We called simply to inform them, and this is how they treat loyal customers. I will no longer recommend this brasserie and will never return, as I'm not asking for a goodwill gesture, just respect! Absolutely avoid this place, given how customers are treated when there's a problem.

They're normally used for cleaning grills or other kitchen utensils 🥵
I called to report it, but they pretended not to understand French: very dangerous, and very disappointing.
12/05/2026: I had chicken spring rolls and Peking ravioli which were very good for the price and the lady who served me was very smiling and friendly.

20/06/2026: The waitress has the right not to smile, but to serve customers poorly is another matter entirely. I went in to get some chocolate croissants, and instead of using the tongs that were right next to her (since her colleague had just used them), she grabbed the first chocolate croissant with her bare hand, then a second one with the same hand, crushing the first one in her hand.
What's truly incomprehensible is how the managers of this bakery remain unmoved by the numerous criticisms and negative reviews about this woman. Even the sales staff and colleagues change their tune every time. Nobody stays. My wife and daughter turn right around as soon as they see her outside. When will things change?
27/05/2026: Shameful to hand over a bank card to a child! Because the saleswoman doesn't like card payments.
A smile is free, it depends on the person! No comment.
Given her age, go check your Agri-Arrco account and enjoy your retirement! And make way for the younger generation. Please.
It's a shame because the owner is the complete opposite.
A tip: go to the bakery next door. A very helpful young man, Alexandre, has a degree in customer relations (he's amazing!), and his bread and desserts are excellent.

01/05/2026: Delighted to return to Courtepaille, but what a disappointment.
It wasn't good at all.
The ratatouille was a joke in name only; it was so watery and practically devoid of any vegetable pieces that it should have been served with a spoon.
I thought I was playing it safe by choosing the flan for dessert... tasteless, disgusting crust, and served warm! @_@

Les salades ont été réduites 15 ou 17 euros poue 2 tranche de concombres de la.saladss et à.pzine 50g de poulet dont la.panure est trompée, une honte
27/07/2024: endroit à éviter, nous sommes allé déjeuner un samedi midi après une petite séance de shopping, les galettes étaient infâmes (tranche de jambon épaisse et grasse pliée tel quel dans la galette et champigon au goût horrible) et on a eu du mal à les digérer (le jambon est probablement de la pire qualité possible) on se demande comment c'est possible de faire une aussi mauvaise cuisine, même en le faisant exprès on aurait du mal à faire aussi mal. Il est urgent d'acheter des produits de meilleurs qualité. Nous n'y retournerons jamais et déconseillons cet endroit à quiconque.
