09/01/2026: I often eat here with colleagues, I highly recommend it! Try, among other things, the chicken strips with korma spices – basmati rice, bell peppers, red onions, coriander.

20/11/2025: I'm giving it four stars because it's a good restaurant, but the manager isn't very friendly. You go in for a coffee, and the guy doesn't even crack a smile. I came with someone who wasn't feeling well, and I can understand the manager, but what happened wasn't my fault or my friend's. The guy just wanted to act all high and mighty, but he ran away from us, so that's no excuse for avoiding my gaze.

21/11/2025: You'll enter a place with an exceptional atmosphere, not far from the basilica. The staff inside are exceptionally kind and welcoming. The meal was superb; I had a delicious royal couscous with excellent meat. And especially the merguez sausages! A big thank you for the warm welcome and the quality! 👍👍

20/01/2026: A wonderful discovery! The value for money is excellent! (€15.90 for the set menu: starter, main course, and dessert) The staff is incredibly friendly; the waitress was energetic and very kind despite being busy! The meals are generous and delicious. I will definitely be back.

Honestly, I was strolling through the streets of Saint-Denis and I saw this place at lunchtime (being Belgian, lunchtime for you French folks 😉) and I decided to stop in... There were lots of regulars in the dining room, but also tourists and workers on their break. I ordered a salmon salad and ended up with a plate of salmon, croutons, green salad, and tomatoes—all very hearty and, above all... delicious! A small basket of French baguette was included as a bonus, and "real" baguettes at that! The staff was very friendly, joking with the other customers, trying to explain to an English couple how to say "vin rouge" in French; "red wine"... I smiled, hearing them laugh as they tried to say things with their accents. I decided to go back in the evening for dinner (yes, dinner for you French folks 😂) and this time I had a fish dish; Red mullet with rice. Two red mullets on the plate with saffron rice and a delicious sauce ❤ In the midst of Christmas decorating, yes, things are moving faster and faster now 😁 they don't hesitate to take the time to share a kind word with you. A little shout-out to that person with whom we had a debate about waiting for Saint Nicholas 😉 And finally, the price, well, frankly, you really, really get your money's worth because beyond the welcome and the food, the atmosphere is truly fantastic!!! Don't hesitate... ============================================== Back in Paris, I decided to return to this place; my main question is, will they recognize me? I'd barely stepped inside when the owner called out to me, "How's the Belgian doing?" Well, yes, he hadn't forgotten me! We chatted over a drink, and the regulars, wanting to play a game of darts, asked if I'd like to join them; which I promptly did! At 1 a.m., I left the establishment filled with a sense of well-being... As I was leaving, the owner asked if I'd like to come to a private party the next day (with a meal) featuring Kabyle and Raï music; three singers performed, and I replied, "With pleasure!" I had a wonderful time that evening. The Algerian atmosphere was authentic, warm, and full of life, and truly, truly welcoming. The dishes were delicious and generous, and even though the place was packed, the chef ensured everyone was served at the same time at their table. Returning to the subject of the welcome, it is simply exceptional: friendly, attentive, and genuine. A true cornerstone of the place, it makes you want to return. A wonderful address to discover without hesitation, both for locals and globetrotters!

16/12/2025: A very disappointing experience. The food was barely acceptable. The crème brûlée was frankly awful, lacking both texture and flavor. And to top it all off, the prices are clearly outrageous considering the quality offered. Disastrous value for money. I absolutely do not recommend it.

12/02/2026: A beautiful and quiet place with very good and willing service. There is a variety of food and drink options at very reasonable prices. Very convenient location with easy access. A place to enjoy your food and wine in peace, or for something faster. Pleasant environment with very good behavior and service. A place that is recommended and worth visiting.

Possibilities, an outdoor terrace, Street, a terrace in a private courtyard, and of course, the Restaurant itself which is very large. Thank you very much, I will come back with great pleasure

17/05/2025: We just had dinner there, it was great. The service was fast, the duck confit with garlic potatoes was very good, the tart slice was generous, and you can tell the owner wants his customers to leave happy. We were offered a small chocolate with the bill. If we come back, we'll definitely come back! Go there without hesitation!
