16/03/2026: UPDATE 12/03/2026: no more Parma ham, information given after the order..., so I take a pepperoni pizza, half of the bottom of the pizza is burnt, I ask to have it remade, 30 min wait and nothing, I left, I still managed to get the pizza not paid for but I had to complain otherwise I would have paid for it... unbelievable.

10/02/2026: This restaurant is misleading about its products. It advertises "homemade" fries on its menu. They're not. You'll get nothing but ordinary frozen fries. The beef tartare (probably vacuum-packed from Metro) is over-seasoned and has the consistency of toothpaste. This is because it's factory-ground with a fine die, not hand-cut. In short, no enjoyment whatsoever. Furthermore, the place is extremely noisy. The acoustics desperately need improvement. Only the quick service slightly redeems this otherwise bleak establishment. Because for the prices, for what is essentially brasserie fare—undoubtedly vacuum-packed—it's not exactly a bargain.

14/03/2026: Really enjoyable experience, the beer and food were excellent. The service was the real highlight for us as a group of four, our attempts at French were met with genuine warmth from the staff and locals. Would definitely recommend for what felt like genuine French hospitality and culture.

22/02/2026: Friendly staff and manager, ideal for coffee before heading to work, but opens too late for early passers-by or smokers.

06/02/2026: Listen, I hate coffee (well, that's what I used to say until I was 23/25, I didn't like coffee ☕️) Actually, that's not true. It's just that the first impression we were given, which is the most important, wasn't good. A lot of people drink coffee at home. Wrong! Honestly, coffee at a café isn't comparable to coffee at home (even if you have a top-of-the-line or professional machine at home). Neither Nespresso, which makes some of the best coffee, nor Sega Fredo (one of the best for home use), is comparable to coffee at a café/bar/tobacconist. And then there are some coffees that I find "strong." Or Should I say STRONG? Well, this one from Brasserie 42 St. Denis is really great 😋 I had two, absolutely fantastic. Okay, thank you very much. There are even some Parisian coffees that I find too strong, and many cafes make them too strong. This one was perfect, delicious, especially for someone who used to hate coffee. To truly appreciate coffee, you need to: 1) drink it in a cafe 2) in a glass because, yes, it doesn't taste the same in a cup (yes, I'm serious, I learned that in 2025, I had already learned to appreciate coffee in the meantime) 3) in a good cafe like this one Thank you

30/04/2026: The perfect sweet treat in Saint-Denis! The ice cream is always so smooth and delicious, with a wide selection of flavors and toppings. The service is quick and the staff is friendly, even during busy nights like game nights or movie nights. The shop is clean and conveniently located for a sweet break. A timeless pleasure you'll never tire of. I highly recommend it for a moment of pure indulgence!

04/06/2026: A huge thank you from this Marseillais to the owner, Uncle Mehmet, and his son Mehmet 🇹🇷🦾 who welcomed me like family. The shisha/drink combo and the tea were excellent. If I'm ever back in Paris or Saint-Denis, I have a place to relax. I highly recommend it. See you soon, Family 🦾

06/07/2026: The couscous is excellent and the portions are generous. Reasonable prices, especially the pints at €3.90. Friendly waiters and a good atmosphere; there are big screens for watching matches.

04/07/2026: Starter Snails: no flavor, frozen, just reheated in the oven without any personal touch. Plate of hot (raw) salmon with a creamy mustard sauce... not great. Main Course Fried andouillette sausage: nothing to complain about, it's good reheated. Beef bourguignon: very good but very greasy. Dessert Crème brûlée: good. However, the staff smoking next to you, the four employees at the restaurant entrance, aren't very bright... And two items I wanted on the menu were unavailable and announced at the last minute.

05/07/2026: We went there after a concert to watch the World Cup round of 16 match. The bouncer warned us he'd only let us through the first half. Very efficient service at sending €14 beers, but just as efficient at stopping the match at 40 minutes and clapping to herd us out like cattle.

21/06/2026: Ideally located next to the Stade de France. They seated us on the terrace opposite the stadium. Quieter, outdoors, but very hot. Too hot considering the oppressive heat of Thursday, June 18th. The food, for me, was bland; the chicken salad was frankly tasteless. Outside the restaurant on the stadium side, there was a cacophonous and unbearable battle of DJs playing music. THIS MUST BE REGULATED!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

03/07/2026: Myself and my husband came to Paris for a concert , we was staying over the road , Les Bon’s vivants was the first place we came to for a drink and to sit outside and relax, we was treated with a warm and welcoming waiter , we then came several times a day , these guys are so welcoming and friendly , even with a language barrier they was so pleasant , I’d genuinely come back just to sit and watch the world go by with the charming staff , many thanks “lady ketchup”

06/07/2026: Very convenient restaurant, being right next to the Stade de France. The service is decent, despite a slightly cold initial welcome. A bit pricey though, which is a shame.

06/06/2026: In all honesty, this message is for your improvement! Crepes made several hours ago should not be sold to a customer. I ordered four, only to throw them away because they were inedible. Your premises are dirty, despite the small space visible from the outside. Hygienically speaking, it makes you want to leave rather than eat. Clean your griddle; it's important and takes three minutes tops. Your flavored smoothies taste of nothing but vanilla. I don't plan on returning there, which is a real shame. Please do what's necessary, or else close down for everyone's sake, and especially for everyone's safety.
