17/09/2024: I would like to share my disappointing experience with this campsite. On September 1st, I booked a place for a stay with my friends, and I made the payment online because the place seemed available. However, shortly after, I received an email telling me that there was no room left and that I would not be charged. Unfortunately, on September 5, I was still charged the full amount. Since then, I have been waiting for a refund which I still have not received, and it has now been more than 15 days. I have called reception several times, and each time I am told that my request is being forwarded to accounting, but nothing changes. I find this situation unacceptable. Not only was I unable to stay at the campsite, but I also had to fight to get my money back. Customer service lacks responsiveness and professionalism. I strongly advise against this campsite if you are looking for an establishment that is reliable and respectful of its customers.

25/08/2024: Un service trèeeees long et le restaurant n'est pas complet. Tous nos voisins de table sont arrivés après nous et ont été servis avant nous. Arrivés à 12h, on en sortira à presque 15h. Les plats sont bons. C'est le service trop long qui est à déplorer. Nous avons eu nos cafés avant nos desserts, prétexte que le bar est plus rapide à servir que la cuisine.
