24/02/2026: One evening, during the rush before a late-night concert, I ordered steak and fries and my wife had a ficelle picarde. The steak, advertised as flank steak, was a cheap, tough, and tasteless cut—undoubtedly from an old cow. Definitely not flank steak. And the fries were frozen, unacceptable in a proper restaurant. My wife's ficelle picarde was actually a simple ham and mushroom crepe, nothing like the real ficelle picarde recipe. At over €20 for the meal, it was terrible, I certainly won't be back!
28/01/2026: Excellent place. The crepes are superb, made with homemade organic vegetables...and the honey crepe is perfect...warm welcome.

10/09/2024: Very beautiful abbey. If you go to the Bay of Somme, stop at St Riquier to visit the abbey, the Hôtel Dieu and the Belfry.
07/09/2024: The abbey of Saint Riquier is a magnificent building, with a very beautiful adjoining church.
Two exhibitions were in progress during our visit, one was a photo exhibition on the Bay of Somme and the other by the artist Chris CLAISSE.

18/08/2025: A pleasant surprise to end our vacation in style! The welcome was warm and the atmosphere very friendly. My partner and I had a good time in the peace and quiet. The menu offers gourmet and tasty dishes: there is something for everyone. For starters, we chose a crispy warm goat cheese, cured ham, fig jam and apple: it's a change from what other restaurants offer and it was delicious. For the main course, I had a piece of duck with warm foie gras and my partner chose the pork cheek. The meats are very well cooked and the accompaniments were succulent. For dessert, I chose a crème brûlée which was delicious and my partner had a pear raspberry charlotte, creamy as desired. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. We highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely come back!
