It was freezing cold throughout the meal. Turn on the heat!
Otherwise, the service was impeccable.
And the standard dishes were good.

26/01/2026: I was very disappointed by the pho. The broth was sorely lacking in flavor, and essential accompaniments were missing: no cilantro, no bean sprouts, no lemon. The result: one of the worst phos I've had in the Paris region, especially considering the rather high price.
On the other hand, a positive point: the Vietnamese dessert was good and somewhat redeemed the experience.
10/01/2026: Fantastic!! The food was exceptional; we ordered several dishes from the menu and they were all excellent!!
The person who served us was incredible—smiling, offering great advice, patient, and very welcoming. It was a real pleasure to share this moment and to be so well received.
And what's more, they welcomed us at 8:00 a.m. until 10:30 p.m.!
A wonderful experience, thank you so much!!

The small restaurant was packed; the noise level was high. We inadvertently joined in the conversations of our table neighbors.
The meal was quick and quite pleasant, although the staff were talking loudly.
Skewers, stir-fried noodles, mushroom soup; the portions were a bit small but carefully prepared. A family atmosphere, a neighborhood restaurant, honest and authentic cuisine.

14/01/2026: The reception team is absolutely outstanding: friendly, professional, multilingual, and always ready to help with advice or services. A warm welcome that makes all the difference and immediately sets the tone for a pleasant stay.
The hotel is perfectly located just steps from the Grande Arche and the business district, in a modern and secure area. I will definitely return on my next trip to Paris!
11/01/2026: The room was clean but outdated, with no dining table but a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom was small, with little hot water, making it impossible for two people to shower comfortably. The reception staff were unfriendly. The apartment was well-located in a fairly quiet neighborhood.

change of ownership (even if it's the family it seems to me), loss of quality, and less choice, as a result. I'm not going back there anymore
