09/06/2024: I am going to this store for the second time, my purchases amount to more than €50, I bought a bottle of fabric softener instead of a bottle of detergent. Kindly, I return the next day to exchange it with the receipt. The cashier calls a manager to deduct the softener from a new addition of €40. The manager, does not say "Hello", examines me with an accusatory eye, opens the bottle which was sealed and sniffs it!!! He adds “how can you go wrong between laundry detergent and fabric softener!” In the end, the product was deducted from my total and returned to the aisle while it was opened by the manager, in front of me, and in front of the other customers and the annoyed and embarrassed cashier. This lack of hygiene is intolerable as is the aggressive behavior of this zealous little chef. By mistreating customers indiscriminately, you will only attract what you deserve. I am of course putting an end to this store, poorly maintained and without any respect for customers. It's very nice to do an advertising campaign rocked by big names in French song, we still have to be at their level!
