25/07/2026: I'm 55 years old, and I've never eaten so well as today! How is it that this restaurant doesn't have a Michelin star? I eat out very often, and I traveled from Belfort to try this restaurant, which had been highly recommended to me. The cuisine was breathtaking. The dishes were refined and elegant, everything was very fresh, and above all, the homemade quality was immediately apparent. I invite the Michelin Guide inspectors to visit this restaurant and experience this sumptuous gastronomy.
