26/08/2026: I ordered one of the new drinks in the largest size. When I left, I realized the cup was just filled with ice. I went back and spoke to the woman at the register. I was quite surprised by her polite but aggressive reaction. She took my cup, threw it away, and made another one with a very awkward attitude. I apologized, and she responded aggressively, pointing her fingers, "I'm doing my job, period. Taste it! Is that okay with you?" I emphasize the word aggressive. Wow, it's been a very long time since I've been in a Starbucks... I think this will be the last time.

18/07/2026: A near-diplomatic experience The service, to put it tactfully, teeters between indifference and the artful performance of minimalist interaction. Warm? That's about as effective as asking a refrigerator for a hug. As for the language, you'd better arrive with a B2 level of Thai under your arm, otherwise, culinary Russian roulette begins: you order fish, the universe decides it's chicken. A plot twist no one asked for. The portions flirt with the Zen concept of "less is more," except here, it's mostly less. The presentation deserves a special mention: a lone lettuce leaf, like an oasis lost in the middle of a plate so vast you could conduct a nuclear test on it. Welcome to the gastronomic plutonium field. And if a tax inspector from the Ministry of Finance happens to be passing by, go ahead, champ, take a look at the margins. Given the price/content ratio, there's plenty of opportunity to snag a promotion just by digging a little deeper.

01/09/2026: There were three of us on Saturday evening. The very friendly cashier even offered us a loyalty card, which we didn't have. The negative point was the hygiene (it's a shame we didn't notice it before ordering and entering the dining area, otherwise we would have gone somewhere else). The floor was very dirty, the food area was filthy, with food having fallen onto the edges. Even the water dispenser wasn't clean. As for the staff serving the meals, there was a man who was sweating profusely who served me the fish; it disgusted me. We were just passing through and won't be back.

30/08/2026: This is the second time I've pointed out that the glasses are very dirty; it's unacceptable! Please take the necessary steps.

14/08/2026: A stark, mall-style restaurant. No soap in the restrooms. Of the three rosé wines on the menu, two were out of stock. Half the dishes on the menu were unavailable and marked with black tape. According to the waiter, customers had complained that they weren't good. "So we don't make them anymore." Indeed, the dishes we ate looked more like reheated Asian takeout than freshly made food. The marked-off dishes must not have been "prepared in advance"... Given that the restaurant also does takeout next door, it wouldn't surprise me if the dishes came straight from the display case. For dessert, there was a sign on the table offering a dozen flavors of mochi. When we ordered, it turned out that eight flavors were unavailable. Of the two we ended up ordering, the lychee mochi were frozen solid and completely covered in ice crystals because they must have spent ages in the freezer. Freshness is another matter entirely.
