18/03/2024: Exceptional bar. A real counter life. Very pleasant people, both bartenders and customers. The exposed beams are nice. The back room allows you to organize concerts, karaoke, quizzes, stand-up and meetings for associations. Traditional darts. Terrace without car passage in front. Its location in the heart of old Rennes makes Melody Maker a great address.

16/03/2024: Two nights for professional reasons. Beautiful opulent building, quiet, overlooking the Oise valley. Beautiful rooms with good ceiling height (I am 2.18 m tall), old but harmonious furnishings in good condition. Sanitary OK; very firm mattress, very comfortable. Open, smiling staff, attentive to my needs. Restaurant with a menu of very decent dishes. The “reinterpreted” Paris-Brest: very meh. To stretch your legs: possible to walk in the woods behind the IME, it's without charm (end of winter) but very calm. Otherwise the banks of the Oise 15 minutes away. on foot maximum. Only downside: a hiccup in the pipes which sounded very much like the whining of an old dog... (Room n°2) it rocked me! No regrets. I will definitely come back here next year.
