30/04/2026: I've been to this bakery very often, and I've never had a problem with the products, which are good. The major issue is the deplorable state of the restrooms. They're either clogged, the door is closed, or they're filthy. That was the case again yesterday. I understand it's busy, but the state of the restrooms speaks volumes about the overall cleanliness of the establishment, and therefore the kitchens. More frequent cleaning by staff would prevent us from finding dirty restrooms, and it would be good for the brand image. I'm including one photo, but I could add more.

25/04/2026: I'm someone who loves traditional bread, pastries, and bakeries, so I'm not usually inclined to buy from big chains. I'm one of those people who love croissants that truly taste like croissants, and unfortunately, that's something I can no longer find, even at award-winning bakeries. That's when I discovered something quite incredible. Ange de Gonesse (the specific location is intentional) makes one of the best croissants I've tasted recently. It's not for lack of trying, both in Paris and the suburbs. It's truly a prize-winning croissant. Simple, delicious, airy... And if it comes straight from the oven, you've won the lottery. A huge congratulations! The team is friendly, the bread is good, the burger buns are brioche-like and slightly flaky (they separate into layers when you cut them by hand). The specialty breads are good too. They really use top-notch baking techniques here! To be honest, the pastries are a notch below, but totally understandable given the volume of orders. Thank you for putting so much effort into the Gonesse location, which is the best Ange bakery in the area.

08/06/2026: On Wednesday, June 3rd, we had dinner with a group of young people with disabilities. We were welcomed by Ali. His availability, hospitality, and kindness made everything go very well, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

16/06/2026: Very disappointed with this Subway restaurant at Usines Center in Gonesse. We made a special trip there after receiving the promotional email about the €6 "Sub of the Day." Before ordering, we even asked if the offer was valid, and everything was confirmed. What a surprise to discover only when we went to fill our sandwiches that we were limited to three vegetables! This information, which had never been mentioned before, completely changed the Subway experience. When we asked for an explanation, the manager couldn't tell us if this rule was official or not. In short: they let you order, then announce the restrictions once you get to the counter. It's not about a few slices of cucumber or tomato. It's primarily a matter of transparency and respect for the customer. If there are specific conditions, they should be announced before you order, not after. I also contacted customer service for an explanation and received no response. We came with enthusiasm thanks to a promotion that made us want to return. We left feeling like we'd received minimal service and with sandwiches that were far less generous than expected. Personally, I'll think twice before going back to this restaurant.

25/05/2026: The problem isn't specifically with the manager; it's just that people get drunk, especially after 9 pm. They become irresponsible and disturb the peace of the residents.

18/06/2026: The quality was terrible, you weren't allowed to voice your opinions, and on top of that, the manager was incredibly arrogant and forced us to pay for things that were inedible! Don't go, I strongly advise against it. And the service was slow too.

10/06/2026: Atmosphere: Simple and clean dining room, calm atmosphere outside of peak hours. Can get a bit noisy when busy. Service: Quick but sometimes inconsistent service. Decent welcome, although at times it can seem a bit rushed and impersonal. Food: Sushi and maki are generally good, with decent portions. Quality can vary from day to day, but remains satisfactory for an all-you-can-eat option. Prices – other: Attractive prices, especially at lunchtime. Good value for money for a quick meal.

12/06/2026: Awful, undrinkable bubble tea with moldy tapioca pearls??? And a rubbery texture. Four bubble teas went straight in the bin
