25/03/2026: I went to eat at this Subway on Tuesday, March 24th, and the experience was unacceptable. During the lunch rush, when it was already quite busy, two Pakistani employees (I'm specifying this to clearly distinguish between these two individuals) were completely out of it. They were just talking amongst themselves in their language, laughing, and paying absolutely no attention to the customers. At several points, it was clear they were making fun of the orders. It was also very difficult to make ourselves understood because they speak very poor French, which made taking orders extremely complicated. In a job with direct contact with customers, this is the bare minimum. The most shocking thing is that they continued to prepare sandwiches under these conditions, laughing and talking in their language while taking orders, doing things hastily and carelessly. It was almost as if we were bothering them; they were giggling and constantly mixing up the vegetables. The young women were too busy chatting and laughing during their busy schedule. This is unacceptable in a restaurant. While I was eating my sandwich, I could confirm this attitude: the same conversations, the same lack of seriousness, and disrespectful behavior towards customers. These two people have no business interacting with customers. Their lack of respect, hygiene, and professionalism are appalling. In a shopping center that isn't particularly busy, we have the right to expect a minimum level of quality and service to encourage repeat visits. Where is management's responsibility in recruiting and supervising staff? I came to this shopping center to eat Subway, I made the trip to eat there, and I'm telling you, that's it. I won't go back as long as these two young women are there. Seeing that other reviews already mention this type of behavior, one seriously wonders what measures are being taken by the person in charge of human resources to correct the situation! This is unacceptable. I will never go back.

15/02/2026: €27.50 advertised on the website for the super large "oriental" item, I placed my order and when I arrived in store they quoted me €29.50, what a RIP-OFF!!!

08/02/2026: As a long-time loyal customer, I've always loved their pizzas and bought them very regularly. I always ordered the same ones: the extra-large ones, perfect for the whole family. On my last purchase, I was surprised to see that the size had changed: the pizzas had shrunk while the prices had gone up. I completely understand the price increase due to inflation, but the reduction in size is harder to accept, especially when you're used to it. Two pizzas used to be enough for the whole family, which is unfortunately no longer the case. It's all the more regrettable since I travel from Aulnay and Maisons-Alfort to buy them.
