We came to eat for Mother's Day, were seated, and then left waiting for over 20 minutes. There was no welcome salad because there weren't enough clean bowls—it was too crowded. Instead, we were given a basket of bread. Another server realized we didn't have menus. Our order was finally taken. However, I had to ask twice for drinks that never arrived. The food arrived quickly, but the children's meat wasn't cooked very well despite the precise cooking instructions. Then Ali arrived and took charge, and the service was excellent. Everything arrived quickly: the drinks, the burgers were perfectly cooked—thank goodness he was there! Thank you so much, Ali.
