05/04/2024: How can I tell you... we showed up at 1 p.m. for lunch on Friday April 5 at 4 with 2 elderly people. The couple before us was seated and when our turn came the manager told us that there was a 30 minute wait. We offered to wait but were refused to even let us sit down to wait despite there being 6 empty tables! And then the manager flat out asked us to leave!! I therefore do not recommend this restaurant. I have lived in Soisy-sous-Montmorency for 12 years and I have already gone to this restaurant and I always had mishaps but today the cup is full! However, thank you to this irresponsible and anti-commercial manager thanks to whom we had lunch at the Brasserie which is in the shopping arcade right next door which I recommend: home cooking and top notch service!

05/04/2024: I'm putting one star because we can't put a ZERO in capital letters. Today the manager who has only the name refused my parents who are 87 years old and told them outside we are full even though the tables were empty!!! What a shame !!!

06/04/2024: Always forgotten.... New order today: no dressing with the salad / no cutlery and no napkins In view of the price which increases for no reason because the quality is not crazy.... we should be more vigilant I'm tired of only getting part of the order almost every time

21/03/2024: After having worked there and studied management, it would perhaps be "preferable" to avoid appointing anyone as manager of people who have neither followed the training for and who are ABSOLUTELY NOT QUALIFIED! I have so many things to say about the management of this McDonald’s But at least I want to point out that this McDonald's has very good hygiene
