14/05/2026: Dear Manager, I am one of the four first responders who came this Wednesday evening, May 13, 2026, at 10:20 PM. Please know that, yes, unfortunately, we ate here, much to your dismay. So what? Imagine if we have to leave for an emergency call at any moment because we are on call for the SAMU (Emergency Medical Service). We're not going to leave with the establishment's reusable dishes, are we? Rules are what they are, of course, but common sense exists.
Please know, Madam Manager, that projecting your frustration as a failed manager onto others will not help you improve; quite the opposite.

13/05/2026: We arrived on May 13th at 10:20 PM and were very poorly received by one of the managers. There were four of us, during an ambulance shift, as we are volunteer first responders. We ordered takeout in case the ambulance service called us during our meal, so we could take our drinks and sandwiches with us. We sat down at a table, obviously not being able to eat in our ambulance. A manager came over to us, without even saying hello, and told us we couldn't eat in if we took the takeout bags. Despite our clearly visible uniforms, we had to explain that we were first responders and could be called at any moment, which justified the convenience of ordering takeout. She then curtly replied that "it was the same for everyone" and that we couldn't stay there. Having already unpacked our meals, we decided to stay. We were very shocked by the manager's lack of understanding, as well as the tone she used with the customers. I highly doubt she would have made such a remark to a fire department or police crew. Thankfully, the kitchen team was efficient, the meal was hot, and there were no order errors.
