When I'm next in France, I'll definitely be back. A big thank you to our waitress who greatly contributed to our wonderful experience with her smile and cheerfulness. 03/10/2026: I usually order from this restaurant through Uber Eats, and the experience is always excellent: fast delivery, hot, tasty, and generous portions.
So I decided to try the restaurant in person. The restaurant is truly lovely, the decor is tasteful, and the food is consistently delicious.
However, I was a little less impressed with the service. We were the first to arrive and waited about half an hour before we were given a menu ourselves. The music was also quite loud, and with the crowd, it was sometimes difficult to hear each other.
We also had to ask twice for a carafe of water, which finally arrived just as we were having dessert. I also found the portions a bit smaller than when I order delivery.
Nevertheless, it's still a good place, with tasty food and a very pleasant setting. A few small improvements to the service would make the dining experience truly enjoyable.
01/10/2026: Very good, well-seasoned. The owner and his family are very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and the service is quick.
Update: I had noticed the change in quality for years and stopped going until one evening with friends, when I was pleasantly surprised by the improvement.
But now, after three takeout orders, yesterday was the last straw. The chicken shawarma had large chunks of fat, half of which were burnt, and it was too salty. The hummus with shawarma was a joke; the hummus wasn't fresh, there were fewer than two large spoonfuls, and the meat was too salty. I didn't even try the kefta sandwich I ordered. A special mention to the young woman at the register who was very friendly.
It's a shame the quality isn't consistent and, above all, that it's not consistent. Very disappointed. This will definitely be my last time.

The ambiance is warm and inviting.
The service is also excellent, and the staff is friendly.
The food is good value for money. The dishes we ordered were well-prepared. I just found the ribeye steak a little tough.
21/08/2026: This restaurant is right in the city center, and the service is truly excellent. I went for lunch and I recommend booking in advance, especially if you're coming in a group. The food was delicious and the atmosphere very pleasant. A great place to remember!

Excellent and very generous portions, delicious pizzas, a warm welcome, and a big thank you to our waitress (whose name I don't know, but whose professionalism, kindness, and smile I must highlight). A truly delightful experience.
17/08/2026: We came today, and it was really good. Plus, the portions were very generous. The lunch special is reasonably priced for the quantity and quality. We just would have liked a bit more of a smile from the waiter; the waitress was perfect. We'll be back.

A very warm welcome 😊 The pizzas are delicious, the salads too (I've tried them all), and don't even get me started on the quiches, which I adore, and finally, their tiramisu—light and delicious. In short, we've moved to Osny, but we still come to La Provençale for our pizzas 👌 because, in terms of quality and price, I haven't found better. Well done to François and his daughter!

13/06/2024: Déjeuner samedi 8 juin pour un baptême.
Manque de personnel et serveur à peine aimable..
Exemple nous avons l entrée..rien à boire. ..nous demandons..réponse.. il faut attendre le plat..pour avoir carafe eau ou vin
Puis le plat..je suis servie dans les premières je demande de la moutarde et le serveur répond je sers toutes les assiettes et ensuite j amène les sauces..
J attends encore..mais bon sachant que la dernière entrecôte a été servie plus de 25 mn après la mienne!!
Idem le pain ...j étais prête à aller acheter une baguette à la boulangerie voisine.
Donc aucun professionnalisme lors de ce repas.rien d organise en amont
Ex pourquoi ne pas mettre des verres à vin et attendre que le serveur demande qui boira du vin avant d apporter les verres...apres l entree terminée!!.
Il manquait au moins 2 personnes..
Résultat les invités ont servi le vin...ainsi que les plats de dessert..
Adresse à oublier pourtant nous connaissions...avec des anciens propriétaires
Donc comment faites vous lorsque le restaurant est plein avec des menus différents ainsi que les boissons?
