12/12/2025: The place is already steeped in history, it's magnificent.
I had the opportunity to go there in a group, and everything was wonderfully organized.
Lunch in the grand bistro room was breathtaking.
Bravo!
20/09/2025: A unique place in the Haut Var region, combining vineyards and culture. Philippe Austruy's collection is rare and wonderfully showcased. The estate at harvest time is exceptional for its size, its magic, its outdoor artwork, and so much more... to discover.

25/02/2026: A very good experience at Le Solaire restaurant in the Golfe de Barbaroux. Excellent value for money, especially for the set menu and the daily cocktail, which were quite generously portioned. The setting is splendid and the service is excellent.
14/09/2025: The food was excellent! The setting is absolutely magnificent with a view of the golf course; I highly recommend it!
The service was perhaps a little slow this time, but nothing serious.
Good selection of local wines!

06/12/2024: Superbe déjeuner du midi en semaine accueil chaleureux et d une immense gentillesse .Très belle adresse endroit parfait ,petite salle intime ,et magnifique cave à vins .A refaire avec grand plaisir et à recommander
05/12/2024: Tenu par un couple vraiment sympathique , autant qu'il est passionné par les produits de notre terroir , ce charmant établissement propose une cuisine de qualité mettant en valeur les produits frais de notre région. Le rapport qualité prix du menu est vraiment excellent et une carte est également proposée.
A noter aussi la superbe cave à vin qui saura satisfaire tous les amateurs de délicieux nectars de toutes nos belles régions de France .
C'est un endroit authentique et convivial où il fait bon de se retrouver en toute simplicité.
