The food was excellent, the hake cooked to perfection, the pea starter had a taste of childhood, and the strawberry dessert with its stunning yogurt emulsion was simply divine! My only slight reservation was about the rabbit, which was a touch bland.

09/07/2024: We came as a group of 40, and Armelle took excellent care of us with her lovely, efficient, funny, and inspiring team, who were incredibly helpful in terms of food and drink (extra/ultra local/healthy), etc.
The castle, its decor, and its surroundings are all beautifully harmonious and perfect for disconnecting! 😉 A huge thank you, and see you soon, whether as a couple or with your group again!
