23/01/2024: I booked 1 week for myself, my parents and my niece. The small garden outside was perfect and used for doing homework in the afternoon and having dinner under the stars. Excellent location (you can visit Port Grimaud, Grimaud, Saint Maxime.. and Saint Tropez by boat if you don't want to take the car), excellent campsite services (especially the mini club) and excellent assistance for any eventuality (reception and safety). Super recommended!

09/09/2023: Typical local terraced house (rustic stone house pleasantly cool if you close the wonderful shutters during the day when visiting the beach). There is also air conditioning upstairs and downstairs. The best thing is the very spacious terrace with the shady tree (not an olive, more like a chestnut or maple type), furniture relatively new vintage country house style, clean kitchen and bathroom and bedroom, but bathroom too small and separate toilet that is much too narrow without a window and is too old!!!! At first it felt like no one had booked this picturesque maisonette apartment for a long time. Not recommended for small children as the stairs are steep and have no railings. Update after a week of vacation: while we were away, parts of the balcony fell onto the side terrace. Of course we were moved a day later (from apartment “i5” to apartment “G3”) It's even nicer here because it's been recently renovated, there's a garden (finally hang up a hammock), and it's also much brighter because there are no windows facing north. Now you can relax in the 2nd week.

25/08/2023: Great campsite in a perfect location to visit the French Riviera, camping pitches are fantastic with Astro turf, planting that shields each pitch, private bathroom facilities along with your own washing up area and fridge. Nice pool area, bar/restaurant and onsite shop selling the basics along with freshly baked bread and pastries. Prices per night are also very competitive considering what you get when compared to other campsites both in France and at home. Port Grimaud is just a 15 minute walk away with a handful of shops and restaurants, along with a short ferry ride to St Tropez which makes for a great day out. However it is marketed as 5* site but in reality it’s 4*, to make a 5* claim it has to be perfect and there are too many small things and petty rules that lose that 5th star, no hand wash in the toilet, broken parasols, rusty outside kitchen pod, broken lock on bathroom pod, broken urinal in pool toilet, no shoe rule at pool meaning it can be uncomfortable for some to walk around, no food rule at pool meaning that in 35 degree heat you have to leave the pool area (bare foot) to eat an ice lolly, or you’ll be pounced upon by the pool police who seem more concerned if you are eating or are a shoe wearing guest rather than having difficulty in the pool. Overall a great site and this is our 4th visit, they just need to change their view/stance on a few things and keep up on general maintenance and they could be much better. And lastly and not a fault of the site but this is France so men have to wear Speedos or boxer type trunks to enter the pool, a very outdated French law that I think they need to get over!

25/03/2024: Lovely little place that caters to a casual drink and to enjoy a great atmosphere into the night. We enjoyed a late snack of rillette and baguette which was more than enough. Lovely staff and felt very welcome.

21/09/2023: We were looking for a good table and we found it. Everything was perfect: from the appetizer to the desserts. The wines were also very good. The service of delicate attention....Thank you for this moment

17/07/2023: For many years, the Le Murier restaurant has been one of our favorite restaurants in the region and whenever we are here, several times a year, we often come to enjoy the special cuisine. Maki and Bertrand Comelet run the restaurant with a small number of tables very personally and lovingly. The kitchen impresses with the best products, very tastefully prepared and the atmosphere is extremely pleasant. Unfortunately, we recently learned that this little paradise will only last for a short time and that there is still no solution for the future. Maybe someone knows a solution, e.g. other rooms that would be suitable for the family. It would really be a great loss if Monsieur Bertrand were to close his kitchen forever. We hope the best!!

07/09/2023: Delicious ice cream, the first scoop costs a lot (€3), then it goes down in stages and from the fourth onwards each one only costs €1. The lavender ice cream is particularly recommended.

23/08/2023: The ice creams are very good and the pancakes too, too bad we were refused a glass of water during the heatwave under the pretext that the water is not drinkable 🤔

18/03/2024: Charming restaurant that we were able to discover because they were kind enough to accept us on the line just before the kitchen closed. We ate well, the setting was nice, and so was the server!

17/03/2024: Excellent and superb What a great discovery in the heart of Grimaud, a magnificent village. 27/12/2023: IN THE TOP . GO FOR IT!!! TOO HANDSOME . I don't understand why so many people are posting negative reviews. The waiters and the owners are very nice but only in the middle of a rush is this normal. And for the employees eating from the bowls, they only help themselves from them. I recommend 100%
