30/08/2026: Restaurant offering good food. Unfortunately, the price is excessive (for example, €49 for 8 frog legs. I've never seen anything like it). Also, they cut corners on the mashed potatoes and vegetables, which were meant to be shared. Given the price (€40 for my dish), I expected to be served more respectfully. Finally, the fact that the waiters were practically camped out next to us made me feel uncomfortable. === Reply to the owner: Even fresh, non-frozen products don't justify such a price. Besides, I wonder how they can be fresh if you don't list them on the menu? Because yes, I should point out that you had to tell us about them for us to know you were selling them. If two people order a ribeye steak, you give them a piece of meat that they have to share? Why is that the case with the vegetables and mashed potatoes? I don't need to tell you how to do your job; it's obvious that this isn't acceptable. Given the amount of work involved? There were only two tables occupied: us (there were three of us) and a couple (there were two of them). Everything else was empty... Are you implying that I'm lying? If so, that's frankly inappropriate and dishonest of you. I'm not being critical, simply a former customer sharing my experience. However, you don't accept criticism and prefer to claim the customer is lying rather than accept reality. Denying it won't erase the quality of your restaurant. Your tone and your attempt to make me out to be a liar don't make me want to give positive feedback. Especially since I've already given one (the first line of my review, supported by a perfect score). You're just as unpleasant as you were in the restaurant. I understand better why your venue was empty in the middle of the season (August) at 8pm.

15/08/2026: We came on holiday and, passing by, thought, why not give it a try? The result was very satisfying; the tournedos and the beef fillet were excellent, and the truffle potatoes were to die for. I highly recommend it.

15/09/2026: Today, September 15th, 2 people, warm welcome, very friendly service. The food had wonderful Mediterranean aromas, the scent of local spices and fresh fish. The portions were generous with well-prepared side dishes. Delicious food and beautifully presented. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The setting is very picturesque and shaded, right by the canals of Port Grimaud. And the prices? Dishes between €18 and €30, very reasonable.

11/09/2026: We were rather disappointed, especially since this restaurant had been recommended to us. We had a reservation and arrived at 9 pm. After our aperitif and about 15 minutes after ordering, we were told that the starter we had chosen was no longer available. The main course was very average and the dessert frankly mediocre. But the most surprising thing happened when it came time to pay the bill. Without the staff realizing we were watching, we witnessed a rather edifying scene: a waiter took a slice of apple pie from its display case and accidentally dropped it on the counter. He then picked it up with both hands, without gloves, literally threw it onto a plate, added whipped cream, and sent it to the dining room. His colleague, who was present throughout the entire scene, laughed along with him. Beyond the clumsiness, it was primarily the way the situation was handled and the lack of consideration for the customer that particularly bothered us. The only positive point: the two waitresses who served our table were pleasant, smiling, and helpful. Unfortunately, the overall experience doesn't make us want to return.

16/05/2026: The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had a pleasant stay (special thanks to Baptiste and his colleague at the restaurant). The campsite has lovely green spaces and the mobile home was comfortable. I highly recommend it 😊

20/05/2026: Excellent homemade kebab! I'm tired of eating pre-frozen kebabs! Warm welcome and super fast service, I'll be back.

25/08/2026: We discovered a truly beautiful place, with incredible service and delicious food. I highly recommend taking some time to visit and explore this lovely spot.

18/08/2026: Horrible. Farmhouse pizza with sour cream and a cardboard crust. The waitress was finishing off the ice creams from other tables.

04/09/2026: Coffee for €1 from 6 to 9 am, local atmosphere, terrace on the square in a great location, good company. One of the best cafes in Pointe Rouge. Truly authentic, you feel right at home. Highly recommended! Thank you for the warm welcome in the neighborhood.

03/04/2026: I've known this place my whole life; it's a neighborhood bar with its regulars. However, I was shocked to pay €2.40 for a hazelnut. Inflation has been very high this year. The place has always been authentic; I don't see why there's been such a price increase.
