La Petite Cave
La Cadiere-D'Azur
09/06/2026: Moments suspended in time, delight on the plate, impeccable service despite numerous requests.
04/06/2026: The worst dining experience I've had in a long time. The food was poor quality, bland, and completely lacking in flavor. The host came across as arrogant, although I will say that our waiter was kind and attentive. Unfortunately, the food was so disappointing that the entire experience felt like a waste of time.

06/01/2026: A must-stop every time we're in the southeast. A great atmosphere and friendly smiles are always guaranteed. The service is quick, the food delicious, all in a lovely setting in the heart of the village. Greetings to the whole team!

La Cadiere-D'Azur
24/07/2026: Excessive prices. Limited pastry selection.
01/07/2026: Very disappointed with this bakery.
The olive bread was the last straw: three times we found whole olive pits hidden in the crumb. It's dangerous, and I almost lost a tooth! Besides that, the bread itself is frankly not good.
Generally speaking, the bread is very average. The pastries aren't anything special either, and they're often stale, with the bottoms completely burnt.
As for the prices, they're completely outrageous. A simple slice of lasagna at €9.50 is more expensive than at many caterers, for a quality that doesn't match.
I've tried to support this business for a long time because it's the only bakery near Plan du Castellet, but this time, it's too much. I won't be going back.

Hostellerie Berard
La Cadiere-D'Azur
15/03/2026: Mixed feelings
A warm welcome with a smile, a perfect location, and a beautiful setting. (Great branding!)
A rather simple and quite small room.
Two other points:
• The restaurant
• Breakfast
Breakfast was expensive, with limited choices and no local products; in my opinion, it needs a complete overhaul.
But the real drawback lies in the poor quality of the Riva restaurant, especially considering the price of the set menu (€72).
The service was mixed, with inexperienced and slow staff, resulting in a very long wait.
As for the food, I believe there is a lack of skill and technique.
The seared shrimp were far too salty.
The foie gras ravioli was well-prepared, but the ginger-infused meat jus, due to a disastrous amount of ginger, became a dish that numbed the palate. The main course was fine, nothing exceptional but decent (be sure to sharpen your knives well as the blades are no longer cutting).
The dessert was very good, fresh and pleasant, a lovely ending.
Regarding the wine list, it's a shame there are so few regional wines, especially in the selection of wines by the glass.
Nevertheless, I thank the staff at Maison Berard for their superb welcome.
18/02/2026: I only used the spa; I had a gift voucher for about 2 hours of relaxation: bubble bath, themed shower, hammam (too hot), sauna + cold bath, and upstairs free herbal tea room, however, the herbal tea was cold!
