08/07/2024: Several years after leaving this neighborhood, I have fond memories of this bar and of my friend, neighbor and bar manager, Yacine. Always keen to get news and to taste his latest arranged rums, it’s always a pleasure to make a detour there.

29/09/2024: It was passable but nothing more The positive points - the frame -very friendly waiter apart from one who doesn't seem convenient -not a bad choice -comfortable seat -very good chicken skewer The negative points - way too expensive for the quantity - no mizo soup or coleslaw with the menu.... -too little Wasabi - maki too small -too much artifice on the maki and the rice for example on some of my maki there were dots of sweet sauce whereas I never eat my maki with sweet sauce or on other maki there was a sort of useless white sauce which spoils the taste and the same on the rice, - meat from the beef skewer and cheese was much too hard I had to spit out all the meat...

25/07/2024: We had long considered having lunch at Papa's. It's done today. And we don't regret it, on the contrary. The cuisine is varied and of high quality. The prices are really affordable. We will come back without problem.

04/07/2024: Un très bel endroit pour notre mariage, très bon repas le soir MAIS la prestation commandée concernait aussi le lendemain et là quelle terrible déception car l'accueil et l'avis des clients ne sont pas la priorité des propriétaires. Il était prévu la privatisation du domaine jusqu'à 18h00, le service et une paella pour 80 personnes. La Paella était mauvaise, sèche, mal cuite, mal présentée et insuffisante en quantité (La paella a permis de nourrir correctement 50 personnes les autres ont eu soit une toute petite part soit un steak frites à la va vite). J'ai fait part de mon mécontentement à la propriétaire ayant payé pour toute la prestation (2500€ la paella dont 800€ de privatisation) et lui ai proposé un arrangement amiable. En réponse elle m'a dit on a réussi à sortir 72 assiettes avec les steaks puis elle est devenue hystérique, elle m'a insulté me traitant d'enc..., vociférant dans tout le domaine. De plus, dès 16h00 un des enfants de la propriétaire n'a pas arrêté de nous dire quand partez vous j'ai ma séance de moto. Bref le domaine est beau, le repas du soir était bon mais le lendemain gâché par des propriétaires soucieux de facturer au prix fort plutôt que faire de la qualité. C'est fort dommage

22/08/2024: This restaurant is centrally located in a large square near the theatre. Reservations were not needed and they had continuous service which can be hard to find in the region. They don’t have classic appetizers or shareables for the table but my wife was able to convince them to assemble a charcuterie board which would have fed an army. Nice food and wine selection.

19/08/2024: Very long lunch service. I understand that there are people but just to get the menu cards you had to wait at least 20 minutes. When we insisted on having the waitress roll her eyes, it was not very pleasant to experience. Damage. The plates looked beautiful. But after 50 minutes still not served...

14/09/2024: Wir haben verzweifelt ein Restaurant )mit vegetarischen Optionen) gesucht da aufgrund eines Konzertes am Freitag Abend vieles ausgebucht war und man uns sehr oft nicht mal versucht hat eine Lösung anzubieten. Durch Zufall sind wir im Forum gelandet und was soll ich sagen : Essen super (mit einigen vegetarischen Optionen), Präsentation und Geschmack top, Service freundlich, Preis für 2 Vorspeisen, 2 Hauptspeisen, 1 Dessert plus Kaffee , 1 Cocktail und Wasser 84 Euro.

25/08/2024: This evening will remain engraved in my memory for a long time. What happened to me and my friends in this restaurant is beyond belief. We are Polish and we don't know French customs well, but we are very open to knowing them. We visited restaurants around 8pm and wanted to have dinner. We ordered two lamb dishes, two drinks and a glass of wine. There were four of us. We understand now that we should all order food, but at that time we didn't know it was a custom. When we placed our order, the lady who took our order took the menu from our hands and kicked us out of the restaurant, not giving us the opportunity to order two additional dishes to correct the mistake. We were shocked! It was an old lady with glasses. She behaved as if she had neither personal culture nor respect for others. No one has ever treated us this way. I want to tell you that your behavior shows a lack of education. You behaved as if you were an amateur at your craft. Someone who can't control their emotions. Total lack of professionalism. We will never return to this restaurant again and we will inform everyone we meet of your behavior.

19/09/2024: Great welcome from Laeticia, Marion and Inès (with a special mention for Laeticia ☺️). But Marion and Inès are also TOP!!! This is my favorite Marie Blachère in the region! And for good reason! Friendly welcome, smiles, friendliness even in the event of a “stuff”. In addition, very good products! I will order again without hesitation! My son loves your pizzas! 09/09/2024: I'm not in the habit of leaving negative reviews but this experience at the Salon de Charlotte forces me to do so. We wanted to have brunch with my friend on Sunday 08/25 at 11:45 in this place which seemed nice to us. We were seated, and after more than 30 minutes of waiting, the owner (?) informed us when ordering that there was no half of the menu left, and no vegetarian alternative. After suggesting different ingredients present in other dishes that could constitute a VG alternative given the gaps on the menu, he started to be extremely unpleasant for no reason. “And an omelette doesn’t suit you either? » The staff is generally not pleasant and does not seem to be trained in catering (shouting from one end of the room to the other), except for the unfortunate waiter who seated us who also took his place . We didn't taste the dishes (which may be good), but seem expensive considering their simplicity. After taking our order, the boss came to us to grumble that it was already nice to work on Sunday and other comments to encourage us to leave - which we did given his behavior. And we were even thanked for that 😳 Amazing. In short, don’t come on Sunday at the “end” of service; vegetarians, move on here, and above all, dear Sir, please change direction if kindly welcoming and serving the customers who give you life exasperates you so much...

25/08/2024: Ideal places for brunch on the terrace on a pretty, quiet terrace. The dishes are simple but effective and varied. Very good homemade desserts!

25/08/2024: We managed to eat without having booked on a Thursday in August where it was crowded, friendly waiter who went out of his way for us. Could have had 5 stars but he didn't take restaurant vouchers and I didn't see it mentioned. Will definitely come back!!!

20/08/2024: Family with child in the middle of a heatwave. The waiter and waitress watch you wait, take their break at the same time and laugh. We wait again and again. They always look at us and laugh. When you see staff not caring about their customers like this, you can imagine the rigor in the kitchen and the focus on quality, whatever it may be. Go your way. Great cafes 20m away with lovely service and great places to stay all around. I should have looked at the reviews before we were treated to the same negligence
