04/10/2026: Charming restaurant in the heart of a typical Luberon village with a magnificent terrace offering stunning views. Delicious menu with gluten-free options available. A delicious gluten-free baguette can also be ordered. Tastefully decorated hotel room with very comfortable bedding and a warm welcome. The breakfast is delicious.

27/09/2026: I cannot say enough good things about our experience as guests at Le Saint Hubert Hotel for four nights. We ate dinner at the restaurant one night and enjoyed breakfast in the morning with an amazing view of the valley from the dining room. The owners and staff were terrific and went out of their way to make our stay amazing. The bar/cafe is also a great place to have a morning coffee or to enjoy a drink in the afternoon or before dinner. Heartily recommend the hotel and the restaurant.

17/10/2026: From early spring to autumn, what a joy it is to find yourself at L’Estrade, where delicious food rhymes with authenticity and conviviality! Here, everything exudes a love for good, fresh, local, and carefully prepared ingredients. The dishes are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious to eat. But what makes this place particularly endearing is also its team. Smiles, good humor, joviality, and kindness are always present in a warm and unpretentious atmosphere. We truly feel at home here: Thank you, Laurence, Gaelle, and Nico.

17/10/2026: We came during a motorcycle ride. As a group of 10, we received a very warm welcome, and our helmets were carefully stored. We had a wonderful time; the homemade dishes were delicious, the crème brûlée was divine, and the staff was fantastic. We highly recommend this little restaurant. A great find!
