Le Saint Hubert Hotel Restaurant
Saint-Saturnin-Les-Apt
06/04/2024: The Saint-Hubert restaurant has reopened its doors for the season, and it was with pleasure that we went there for dinner. The products are fresh, excellently cooked. As for the cooking, the flavors are perfect (we loved the lamb sweetbreads). In terms of service, the servers are pleasant, smiling and attentive. Everything is there to have a good time.
01/04/2024: PERFECT lunch on Easter Day, small plates to share as a starter, saddle of forest lamb, meringues and Carpentras strawberries for dessert, all excellent and served with a smile, in a bright dining room with a breathtaking view of the Luberon. ...A competitive sommelier who offers excellent wines from the region. One of the best addresses in the Luberon!!!!

Ugh no taste. For me it's just a starter
I had read the comments which announced generous and copious portions. It's the holiday menu!
Some regulars were satisfied. Me no

La Table du Bonheur
Saint-Saturnin-Les-Apt
03/08/2023: If you want to combine remote rustic charm with fantastic food (the best culinary experience ever!) and a fascinating lifetime insight into one of France’s (although he’s Dutch) very celebrated chefs then this is the place. Hans received instantaneous applause for a served dish that was both extraordinary and singularly unique. The hospitality offered by Hans and Tiny is pretty much unbeatable and alongside the special culinary experiences it’s a great location for everything in Luberon. It’s pretty much in the centre of the Luberon Lavender industry with a distillery down the lane where you can walk the fields or view the preparations in season. We could only stay 2 nights and had to leave to catch a flight but this is definitely a place with people that you will wish to return too. Thanks so much Hans and Tiny for the very special time – we will remember it with extreme fondness. X
