An absolute local institution, lovingly renovated, very tastefully decorated, and with friendly staff. It's a welcoming place to linger, where you can easily stay longer, get comfortable, and perhaps read. We found the coffee excellent! We would have expected a bit more finesse (acidity/spice) in the dishes, but that's a matter of personal taste. In any case, we would definitely come back anytime, especially because you feel so welcome.

Found by chance, unfortunately that day there was no choice of main course. Andouillette sausage, or pistou soup. Supposedly cleaned out the day before, yet it was a Saturday lunchtime in early August.

A Provençal gem where authenticity meets gastronomy!
Le Saint Hubert in Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt offers all the charm of a true village restaurant, enhanced by remarkable gourmet cuisine. From the moment you arrive, the welcome is warm and friendly: you pass through a charming little terrace and a typical bar, before discovering a large, bright dining room with a simply breathtaking view.
On the plate, it's flawless: ultra-fresh ingredients, Provençal flavors prepared with finesse and great elegance. We particularly enjoyed the gazpacho with vineyard peaches and summer vegetables, as well as the roasted eggplant.
And for an aperitif, don't forget to try a good pastis from Marseille!
