The locals of the Luberon highly recommend this restaurant and for good reason. The menu may be small but you will still debate what to choose and hope your partner shares their dish with you. Everything is proudly sourced locally and is of the highest quality. Service is discreet and attentive. The vibe is relaxed with just enough polish to make it feel special. Definitely worth a place on your Luberon itinerary.

From the food and wine to the artwork and views, Le Saint Hubert was wonderful. The owner has done an excellent job of restoring the building and creating a relaxed yet elevated environment. The menu was fresh and creative.

By far the best dinner we had in Provence! We had the 3 course menu and everything was absolutely delicious😋 We especially loved the stuffed vegetables, guinea fowl and gazpacho, perfectly suited for the summer season and incredibly tasty! The atmosphere is very charming with a balcony overlooking the valley and the staff was very polite. If you have to visit one restaurant in the area, that’s it💯

The waiter was very pleasant, but the price was too high considering what was on the plate for the starter: a simple slice of toasted bread with a few flakes of fish and three cherry tomatoes. The food wasn't bad, but I think you can find better for much less.

The service was absolutely incredible, every member of the staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and eager to help, making us feel at home from the moment we walked in. The food was the best I’ve had during my trip, with every dish prepared to perfection and full of flavor. The ingredients tasted unbelievably fresh and clean, creating a truly one-of-a-kind meal that you simply can’t find just anywhere. Every bite reflected the care and quality that went into it, and it was worth every second spent at the table. The restaurant itself has such a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the surrounding town is absolutely beautiful, making the entire experience even more special. I could go on and on about how wonderful this place is. I would return here without a second thought and recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable meal.
