A wonderful dinner for two at Saint Hubert, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, the cuisine was precise and delicious, the service was pleasant and very professional, in short, we highly recommend it!

A superb discovery! Refined bistronomic cuisine, fresh produce perfectly showcased in dishes as beautiful as they are delicious. Flawless from start to finish. The service was also perfect, warm, and attentive. We had an excellent evening and will gladly return!

18/05/2026: We had lunch on Saturday at noon, as we were in the area for an event and had chosen this restaurant based on reviews. We were quite disappointed… Tomato coulis with two small balls of mozzarella… very expensive and the mozzarella was bland. The andouillette sausage was hard to digest. The setting was pleasant, but the service was a bit slow. A shame.
09/05/2026: I had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant in Saint Saturnin les Apt. The welcome was very pleasant and the meal excellent from start to finish. I thoroughly enjoyed the oven-baked cod fillet with vegetables, which was perfectly prepared. Special mention also goes to the strawberry tiramisu for dessert – a real treat! I highly recommend this place.
