A truly wonderful experience at Le Saint Hubert. Magnificent views of the Luberon, a warm welcome, and excellent cuisine. The ingredients are fresh, the dishes elegantly presented, and above all, the flavors are exceptional. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the presentation and the perfect cooking. A place well worth a visit. We will gladly return.

A very warm welcome. White tablecloths, white napkins, and impeccable service. From appetizer to dessert, everything was delicious, and the sauces accompanying the dishes were expertly prepared. Excellent wine recommendations at reasonable prices. My only slight complaint was the portion sizes. Three small asparagus spears and three bites for the main course. A place to discover or rediscover.

We arrived with a reservation for two on the terrace, which has a beautiful view of the green countryside. As the space is small, it's advisable to book in advance. There's a bar at the front, and beyond that, you enter the restaurant, which is very pretty and charming. The service was friendly, although the waiter wasn't particularly outspoken. For starters, we ordered the grilled artichoke, small but delicious, accompanied by a spectacular pesto, and the daily special: a very tasty meatball with exquisite greens and pickles. For our main courses, we chose the tuna, which I highly recommend, and a very well-seasoned tomato salad with a generous portion of excellent goat cheese. Perhaps it would have been even better if the tomatoes had been a little colder. For dessert, we shared the almond tart, which was smooth and delicious. In short, we ate very well, received excellent service, and enjoyed a spectacular view. Highly recommended.

Gem of a restaurant, in the most perfect village. The view from the back of the restaurant is spectacular and the service is warm, welcoming and professional. The four of us had completely different dishes and they were all amazing. Would recommend 100%.

Friends recommended your restaurant and we were not disappointed. My husband and I dined there yesterday and the food, service and atmosphere was top notch. Our only disappointment was not being able to sit outside as it was too cool but we still had a table with a wonderful view.
