Charming restaurant in the heart of a typical Luberon village with a magnificent terrace offering stunning views. Delicious menu with gluten-free options available. A delicious gluten-free baguette can also be ordered. Tastefully decorated hotel room with very comfortable bedding and a warm welcome. The breakfast is delicious.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience as guests at Le Saint Hubert Hotel for four nights. We ate dinner at the restaurant one night and enjoyed breakfast in the morning with an amazing view of the valley from the dining room. The owners and staff were terrific and went out of their way to make our stay amazing. The bar/cafe is also a great place to have a morning coffee or to enjoy a drink in the afternoon or before dinner. Heartily recommend the hotel and the restaurant.

Some hits and misses, overall not what we hoped for. Encouraged by the online reviews, I booked a dinner at Le Saint Hubert. The location in a cosy village is nice, and there is a stunning view from the outdoor terrace. Unfortunately, the food and service do not follow. The dishes lacked the “wow” factor a some lacked quality in execution. For instance, the quail in a main course was dry. The tarte tatin was presented creatively with baked fruit, while the cake appeared pre-prepared. Worth mentioning is that both the trout in the main dish and the crevette starter were cooked excellently, which might suggest that fish dishes are a better choice. The service started well, but as the evening progressed, some chaos slipped in. The place has great potential, and the other reviews seem to suggest that perhaps we were unlucky, but one should not rely on luck in a restaurant of this calibre.

Booked early (3-4 weeks ahead of time) to secure the terrace view, which absolutely lived up to expectations! A beautiful spot for sunset. The food is locally sourced and well-prepared, and very much feels like home cooking rather than fine dining. Friendly service and lovely atmosphere.

A very nice establishment, warm welcome, beautiful decor, delicious homemade ice cream in tubs, and good wines and cocktails. A great holiday discovery.

Had coffee and cake. Cozy, friendly, highly recommended.
