We had a wonderful experience at the Hôtel Saint Hubert, where we've stayed several times in recent months. The hotel is ideally located in the charming center of Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt. Each time, we were warmly welcomed and our stay was perfect. The food was also excellent. We particularly appreciated the personal attention and the positive feedback we received. During our last stay, we were even pleasantly surprised to be able to enjoy the large suite for two nights! We highly recommend this hotel for exploring the beautiful Luberon region.

Very nice restaurant. Good atmosphere, beautiful view, good service, extensive wine list, and tasty food at a very competitive price. The only point of criticism is that our table was quite close to the people next to us. But apart from that: highly recommended.

LOVED everyone we met during our stay. The staff definitely is the backbone and real treasure of this place. We felt right at home. Also never ever experienced this kind of silence. We slept with our window open and just … nothing … Rooms are way bigger than they look on the pictures which was a nice surprise. Thank you for everything 🫶

Excellent meal, picturesque setting... One small drawback: it was a bit chilly in the dining room, but they provided blankets, thank you! We'll be back in the warmer months to enjoy the terrace and the view!

11/03/2026: This is the greatest place on earth! The only thing more amazing than the food is the people. Never disappointed. Duck amazing! This is the epitome of how you want to “dine” while in the south…if you are really lucky you will dine on an evening when Panna Cotta is available for dessert (My son Aidan’s favorite to die for)!
