12/09/2024: Very cosy vegetarian and biological restaurant using fresh and local produce. We were greeted in a very friendly way and we asked for a table away from the door, which we got. The menu is varied and there are some interesting fusion mixes. We took hummus, thai curry non -chicken, falafel and broccoli. All were excellent and homemade. Definitely to be recommended!!

18/11/2024: Adorable little falafel shop tucked in an alleyway near Notre Dame and Ste. Chapelle. Has some stools at the bar and a few 2-seat dinette tables. Falafel and fries are made to order so hot and fresh! You add sandwich or salad toppings yourself from the buffet. A good selection of salsas and tahini too. The spicy green saucr one was a pleasant surprise; some kind of green leaf chutney with chilies mixed in. After saying bonjour, the staff spoke French, but repeated in English when they sensed my French is not fluent. Very friendly, yummy food, good portions, well located.

13/09/2024: We spent a week in Paris and ate here twice. The food was great. Make sure you get Nathalie as your server. She made great recommendations as to what to order and what wines we should pair with our meal. We will definitely return to Le Coupe Gorge on our next visit to Paris.

04/09/2024: Amazing little restaurant with home cooked meals and everything is biological and sustainable. The chef is a great guy and explains the concept to every customer. We had burrito, soup, chicken tikka masala and hot dogs and were amazed by the taste of every dish! Also the prices are more than fair, big recommendation!

28/09/2024: The menu has changed a lot. There’s not much variety on the menu. The food quality has definitely decreased from a few years back.
I was very disappointed to come back and find out that the food and quality decreased so much.

All the dishes we tried were delicious. The decor and atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice.
A pleasure to have lunch in a charming place like this.

The prices are reasonable, €14.50 for the macrobiotic dish of the day accompanied by a mixture of two whole grains, legumes, cooked vegetables, raw vegetables and a protein of your choice. It’s a great invitation to discover macrobiotic cuisine.
Everything offered is milk-free, butter-free, egg-free and sugar-free.
Very pleasant discussion with the owner at the end of the meal to add a touch of conviviality to our meal.

So I tested it and I can say that everything was perfect!
The food is great, good value for money. The setting is very friendly and family-friendly.

14/09/2024: Both my partner and I have eaten raw and vegan for many years before. We were both confused about the food here. The dishes are not balanced. Very strange acidity (we both love fermented food usually) and texture. We left feeling unsatisfied and a bit nauseated. The food is shredded vegetables… and out of control flavor. I see the restaurant is very dismissive of negative reviews and assume people just have different “preferences” and it sounds like it’s time to reevaluate your recipes? The restaurant itself is pleasant and the staff were polite.

The sound of the fountain transports you out of time.
The service was impeccable, I came there for my birthday a few months ago and I was treated like a queen.
The food is divine, the tiramisu is a must try!

29/03/2024: Great concept, you can choose from a multitude of dishes (hot of the day, salads, soup, focaccias, etc.) and depending on the quantity (small or large) you adjust the formula, which allows you to taste a lot of things without wasting anything.
Everything is very tasty and balanced, the canteen aspect is fun, the staff is pleasant.
