Le Ruban Vert sur Paris

I left a review a year ago for the Mongoo on the Champs-Élysées, on Rue Washington, and after changing jobs, I'm really happy to find the chain here in Bonne Nouvelle. The quality of the ingredients is still excellent, with great value for money, a good atmosphere, and plenty of choice. It's definitely a great place to eat healthy, generous portions at a good price, right in the heart of Paris. I'll obviously be back very regularly :). EDIT: I'd also like to add that the staff is fantastic: always smiling, friendly, and efficient.

What a sense of customer service! The restaurant had been closed for five minutes, yet they still offered to take my order. It's very rare to encounter staff who have such a sense of service.

Always very smiley, always friendly!!

Ideal for varying your mood. The staff are very friendly :) I recommend it!

Counterproductive sales offer! Offering a free meal for every 17 purchased and then limiting the promotion to June makes it seem like they're taking customers for fools. You can claim your free meal until the end of August, BUT you have to have collected 17 tickets in June. Everything is designed to prevent anyone from getting a free meal. Can you provide the percentage of free meals offered compared to the number of meals served to clearly demonstrate that you've done everything to attract customers and offer no free meals? The Mongoo Bourse is very good (see other reviews), but the Mongoo chain's business practices disgust me!

The salad was fresh and plentiful, the honey vinaigrette dressing was excellent, and the service was efficient and friendly. Arriving before the lunch rush is recommended; the price is a bit high, but it's worth the try.

A very pleasant time spent in this spotless place. The products are fresh, and the staff is welcoming, helpful, and attentive. I highly recommend it! And the prices are affordable, offering good value for money.

The team was amazing and the meals were healthy.

The salads are delicious and beautifully prepared, the servers are all incredibly kind and smiling—it's a real pleasure to go there. I work in the neighborhood and it's a joy to recommend them! Thank you so much, stay just as you are! 🥰

It was very good and very clean. The staff provided excellent service. Eating on the terrace was also very pleasant.
