10/09/2026: I'm so glad I finally got to try this restaurant! Everything was delicious: the starter (beef and cheese skewers), the main course (beef lok lak), and the dessert (banana, vanilla ice cream, chocolate, caramel sauce with whipped cream). I'll definitely be back to try other dishes 😻 The service was fantastic, by the way. Thank you ☺️

05/09/2026: We're now regulars at this restaurant. The food is really excellent, and the staff are always very friendly. We have a lot of trouble finding Asian restaurants with quality cuisine, which is why we're willing to travel miles to eat in or get takeout from them (we live on the opposite side of Toulouse).

The owner is very welcoming and helpful: at first I didn't want any sauce, but she convinced me and I don't regret it at all, it was delicious and beautifully presented. 26/09/2026: Impeccable from start to finish! 2 Royal Menus: the taste, the quantity, and everything else: it's "homemade"... the owner provides discreet service... so if you want to eat really good Vietnamese Asian food, come here to An Nam, and above all, avoid all-you-can-eat Asian buffets (they have no taste and it's all frozen)...

04/10/2026: Excellent food! I discovered this place by chance while ordering takeout, and I had only one thought: to try it in person. What a great idea that was! The quality/price ratio is quite good; a bowl of pho is more than enough. Be careful to choose the size according to your appetite; if you want to try other specialties, the small one is already sufficient. The large one is for big eaters, so I don't even want to imagine how big the large one must be! The pork rice crepes are delicious, and the desserts at Padan (especially the "flan" type) are incredible! The memory of it makes my stomach tingle and my mouth water. A truly delicious place that I can't wait to return to!

04/10/2026: Lunch with colleagues: caramel pork with four large pieces of pork on the plate, covered in a thick layer of fat—how were we supposed to cut it without a knife and with chopsticks?!?!? It was swimming in a watery broth... When we got to the till, we split the bill by the number of people. The price was €17.90 per person. The woman at the register told us she'd round it up to €18 per person 😳 That's the first time I've ever seen that in a restaurant! We won't be going back.

25/03/2026: We didn't know the address and ate there at lunchtime to try it out. For €18, I had four spring rolls as a starter, caramel pork with fried rice, and a dessert of caramelized pineapple and a scoop of ice cream. I've attached photos (the rice was mixed with the pork, but it actually arrived separately). Overall, I thought it was good! One star less because I have other, better places in mind, but no matter, this place is worth a visit. I recommend making a reservation because it was packed.

The dishes are flavorful, fragrant, and exquisitely prepared. A wonderful experience, both personally and gastronomically. I highly recommend it!
