13/03/2026: Thank you to Philippe and his team for their warm welcome. The food is excellent and very healthy. Everything is homemade, right down to the dessert. The vegetables are varied, organic, and full of flavor. The plates are generous, beautifully presented, and colorful. We had a wonderful evening at this establishment.

09/08/2025: A must-visit in Evian if you're looking for a great meal. I've had the pleasure of trying their food several times, and each time it's been absolutely delicious. The spring rolls and the beef with onions are to die for!
